green again....

Dear kano,

whatever you have done to the code, please dont touch it anymore  Smiley

It seems to be perfect.

BTW: Thanks for your hard work and your time you've invested into this.

I feel like I have read the answer to this question some time ago but I cant find it. If I am mining at stratum+tcp://stratum.kano.is:3333 , what should I use as my backup to keep mining here if the first fails?

Front page is always a good place to start. As a general rule.

I did read the front page, let me re-phrase my question: In case of a ddos attack that would affect mining at stratum:+tcp://stratum.kano.is:3333, what should I use as a backup?
Another pool.
I don't recommend any Smiley

(and no - no one else use this as a reason to start discussing other pools here Tongue)

Instead you can use CKPool Solo of course if you are willing to wage battles against the monster called variance.

Kano,

Why not sg.kano or de.kano?  Wouldn't both of those be usable if stratum.kano is DDoS'd and unreachable?

Now mind you, there's likely additional latency involved at that point but with the speed of the pool I'd hope we'd still be OK?

The backup domain is:

kano.space

in case the .is domain is unavailable.

[edit] Didn't see Kano had answered above. I figured this might be what he was looking for.
BTW, got it off the main https://kano.is/ page

Now all we need is a rise in the price of bit coin say 1500-1600 a coin Grin

But, then of course you know, the difficulty will correspondingly increase like 100%

Something is fishy here, maybe his bitcointalk account is hacked, and not his wallet.

Ruu \o/
since wallet hacks were touched i would like to ask if i missed  a payout Smiley
Let's be clear. There have been no pool hacks or security breaches of any kind. One forum member claims his home pc wallet was hacked which has basically nothing to do with this pool.
