Keep it dense, yeah?
I noticed that Mark's bitcointalk account  MagicalTux: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/magicaltux-2134 has been online very recently.

I wonder what that was all about, or whether he has been active all this time?

I had to see it to believe it ! From what i was reading in op, i thought this is another barking session against M.K. but this time
it seams the justice will be served. Even tho theres still trial to go through, i believe he will serve the time and fine for what
he has done to mt.gox users and bitcoin reputation.

cheers

They should take that fat piece shit's car, have it crushed into a block and chained to his ankle as part of his punishment.

well, that is a bit rough isnt it?

Well it depends. I guess there are a lot people who like to do similiar things to him.
In the end I hope he gets what he deserves. I heard japanese prisons can be quite hard.
No speaking allowed the whole day except 15 minutes after having lunch. Hope he gets deported in this special one.Sorry don't know the name of that bastille. The big thick dude between all those crazy Yakuzas! Hope he shits his pans! Grin

lol it looks like he is really accustomed, to be arrested, he always seems so indifferent, like he was awaiting the sentence or something

it's like he is trolling with anyone...

Yes this is what also amazed me about him, he just doesn't give a f**ck. It's like, I am getting arrested today, so what. He is probably singing in his head, c'est la vie, c'est la vie ! Smiley

He probably knows that by the time he gets out he will fly off to his private island with a couple 100k of bitcoins..

It was of course becoming high time!  Grin

It is still going to be a long time before he is tried, found guilty and convicted.
There could be a lot of twists in this case.

Justice.  It seems that the authorities are not really going after criminals in the crypto world that much.  I wonder if it is because they have no idea what all this stuff is?

In the US, a criminal court is decided by the jury. The jury is usually 9 ordinary folks from the general population. Try and explain crypto-currency to regular people like your neighbor, the mailman, the pizza delivery guy, etc. Very few people will understand it. Hell, I've been involved with bitcoins for almost 3 years and I still don't get it 100%.  In the US, to be found guilty of a crime, the entire jury (all 9 people) must agree that the suspect is guilty. If one person decides the suspect is not guilty, then the court will find the suspect not guilty.

I don't know how the criminal justice system is in other countries. I'm fairly certain that in most Asian countries, it's not as difficult to find someone guilty of a crime.

Seems like him don't care about what happened. Make this indifference him guilty? Or don't know or what to do and is delivered to his destiny? Guilty or not he must pay its duty. Even I am a little sorry about him because it was even a little unfortunate.

It is for sure that after hacking Mt Gox there was move of big amounts of bitcoins from MT Gox to another places. I don't think that those amounts are moved without the known of Karpeles. If him has everything in his hands how i was possible this? And how is possible that after the hacking the other's him company continue its activity without problems. It is or not a little responsible Karpeles for the bitcoin lost? Why don't use its bitcoin to pay partially the money lost?

I'am the only one who find this make no sense ? If he is frensh , and his exchange got hacked (like he claims) what he was doing in Japan for the last four years there then  Huh Why he didn 't just move to somewhere where there is no interpol or something or they didn't let him to move anywhere else ?

They probably took his passport pending the investigation.. It involved millions in potential fraud, I'm sure they wont just let him walk freely..
