We're disabling @CryptoCurrEncyX exchange for the next month, until Jan 20th+ so they can enjoy their extended holiday season. Currencies found on only this exchange will have 0 value so please switch to something else if you are getting paid with one of these currencies. Notably BitcoinZ, Futcoin, BitQuark, CryptoEscudo, GoldenBird, Vsync and probably a few more I've not noticed.

So I'm new to mining and running two miners mining XVG with identical setups.

Why am I also mining Ninja and Mona as well as XVG is that normal with this pool or did I set something up improperly?

Thanks for the help.

Because you're NOT mining XVG - that's not how this pool works.

Your miners are chewing on whatever the Lyra2v2 pool gives them.  The pool appears to auto-adjust based on the current profitability of the coin(s) the algorithm is able to mine.  In this case, Mona and Vert, as well as Verge.  Yesterday it was almost 100% XVG.  Today is seems Mona's more valuable.

edit: that is, assuming you're GPU mining Lyra2v2.  If you're mining X17, then I don't know what's up there - you should only get XVG from that (I think?)

you mine whatever is on the pool. It's NOT a solo pool as mentioned on the main page.

So when did this pool operator decide to up the payout threshold from 0.002 to 0.0025, not alot i know but i mined to that point to get that btc off the pool on wednesday and now see it's been increased, (in b4 payout fees are high), has it even been mentioned here or anywhere else? seems if you're an operator you can do as you please.

yes, I'll do as I please when there are issues and congestion in the mempool. Sorry, it's not the stone age, nothing is set in stone.
look at billy big balls over here  Grin, lets see if that shitty attitude lasts once the miners start leaving your shitty pool that cant even display proper stats, mr high and mighty zpussy.
I hear NiceHack is back up and running.

+1

At least miners get paid. More than I can say for most.

Yes, but an announcement when changes happen would be nice, rather than just silently changing things in the background and hoping people don't notice. I understand why the change happened, don't get me wrong, but letting people know would be nice. I had to switch bitcoin addresses to send to a new wallet, and now I need to switch back again because I'm literally dust away from another payout on my old address.

So when did this pool operator decide to up the payout threshold from 0.002 to 0.0025, not a lot i know but i mined to that point (0.0020xxx) to get that btc off the pool on Wednesday and it stated (Payouts are made automatically every 2 hours for all balances above 0.01 and balances more than 0.0020 are paid several evenings each week ) and now see it's been increased, (in b4 payout fees are high), has it even been mentioned here or anywhere else? seems if you're an operator you can do as you please. Shouldn't i get my payout at 0.002 as that's what it stated when i was finished on the pool, they now changed it afterwards and i'm expected to mine to that point, a threshold that was brought in after i mined to the original threshold.

What is the problem with the difficulty setting at this pool?!
Doesn't work anymore. Can't set lower difficulty (d=xxx) at some algos!
Smaller miners are no longer welcome?!

Don't know what you're talking about, I'm mining with an Asus Rog laptop with an 860m for one of my rigs and it adjust down to an acceptable difficulty.

Does anyone use LTC, ETH, Zcash or anything other then BTC for their auto convert and payout method? It doesnt look like LTC is mined much so that may not work for payout method.
I'm mining for verge payouts right now have a feeling the price will continue to rise.

Estimate for keccak -- is it per GH or MH?

* values in mBTC/MH/day, per PH for sha256 & GH for scrypt, blake, decred, x11, quark, qubit, kS for equihash
Does "GH" part here need any updating?

ill break it up for you:

* values in mBTC/MH/day,
per PH for sha256
& GH for scrypt, blake, decred, x11, quark, qubit
kS for equihash

except that Keccak is GH per day see this tweet

Yup, that's what I'm talking about...
Thanks!

I know how to break it up.
I just want to be sure that e.g. x17 is per MH, and not something like "x17 is also per GH, because it's a variant of x11, bla, bla..."
Also I'd like to be sure about keccak.
