Questions:

1.  What is a good difficulty setting (d=xxx) for equihash at 300 sols/s?  I'm currently finding a share every 5 to 8 minutes and the pool is not auto-adjusting to a lower difficulty.

2. When you disable m7m, can you disable it in a way where miners would automatically switch to a different algo?  Mine are still trying to connect to the m7m stratum even though I have them configured to auto-switch xevan and yescrypt.  I thought before it wasn't possible, but other yiimp pools works fine (currently moved my CPU miners to hashrefinery temporarily until zpool can implement this feature).  When they removed m7m, my miners actually moved to another algo!

3. BitcoinZ is reporting as worth 0 BTC for a while on the dashboard.  Is this due to Yobit?  Will we be credited properly when it's back even though they mature at 0?

hrmm I haven't tried equihash yet with my GPU's. have you tried anything lower than the start diff?

I'm not really sure what they'd have done to do that....

ccex seems to have been down for almost 24h now... I'll remove it from being mined any more until ccex is back.

I' m having a big problem, and would like help.

I'm trying to mine xevan with a rx570 in zpool, but the pool provide only a few works and show a very low hash rate like 5Kh/s.

This is very strange, because i made tests with cpuminer and in this case the pool provide work at every second an the site show hash rates much higher than with my GPU.

Why this is happening?  Someone in the pool could help to fix this?

my guess is the miner app you are using...

These are all nvidia cards:
http://zpool.ca/?address=1kLsGT9egk3utSKZH46ydTbKj5oMnmBoN

I see nothing abnormal... aside from the common frontend dropouts.

The problem is my card it's an AMD, and the only miner available (that i know) to mine xevan/bitsend it's this version of Sgminer:  https://github.com/LIMXTEC/Xevan-GPU-Miner/releases

There's another miner or version that i can use to mine xevan with AMD GPUs?

Can you have payment in BCH?
I'd rent my L3+

Agree.

I'm looking for BCH payout.

You can get payout in any coin that is mined on the pool, provided there are enough blocks mined in that coin
I would like BCH too.
And cryptonight algo for my gpu's too:)

is zpool more profitable than multipool or italyiimp?
i checked http://poolpicker.eu and it is but some figures there dont make sense

Same thing for Lyra2v2 hashrates here. Kept falling, now my balance has been stagnating for the past hours. Something is wrong.

I thought it might be temporary but the past hours have been under-reporting badly, is this normal? It surely seems not. I thought it could be normal that the reported rates might be off a little but now that's a big offset we see here...

I PM'd crackfoo, so...   for now, switch to another coin and just ride it out I guess

Something is very wrong with Lyra2v2 reported hashrates.  They keep falling:

https://imgur.com/a/Ka3bb

I'm normally pushing around 320mh/s.  It is currently reporting 3, and has been steadily declining all afternoon.

I think the pool crashed...

Question regarding state owned crypto currencies (eg. Dubai's EmCash), would mining pools such as Zpool would be able to mine them and earn from discovered blocks and transaction fees in the future? What do you guys think?

No, that isn't what is going on.

I had three rigs trying to mine lyra2v2 100% of the time.

A does 420 MH/s, B does 210 MH/s, C does 60 MH/s.

According to zpool A does 380ish, B does 75 MH/s and C does 40 MH/s.

I have verified that every single rig mines at the expected hash rate for ZEC and Ethereum on Nanopool.  I even went out and did a complete rework of my network.  There was no difference as far as mining goes, though I went from 70 ms ping to 20 ms ping and 2 Mbits up/down to 100 Mbits up/down.

Must be a problem with ZPool, right?  I switched rig B to miningpoolhub and it was not any better.  So it doesn't really seem to be a problem with ZPool.  Why does A almost work, while B and C are garbage?  And this was over a period of two days.   I have since moved over to mining ZEC on nanapool and they have been rock solid.  I still have rig A on zpool since it was making very good money.

Perhaps something is just odd with lyra2v2?  I have been thinking about joining a straight monacoin mining pool to see if there is a difference.

Of course, I haven't been able to connect to zpool lyra2v2 server for over 2 hours now...  Now all my 1080Tis are mining ZEC on nanopool.  Though I would love to switch them back.

Same here, my rig hashes around 400MH/s with Lara2RE2  and yet zpool after an hour, shows 4.7MH/s.
Don't know why or what the issue is, but it makes me feel very uncomfortable with Zpool  Especially when I can switch over and mine mone/vert directly and not have any issues with lara.

My AR-15 ID's itself as a toaster. Want breakfast?
Hello, I am interested in switching to zpool from miningpoolhub because zpool supports more coins.

It says in setup to set profitability factors in .bat file. How do I figure out the profitability factor for the rig I am using? I will be using a 1070, 1080, and 2 rx 480s for now.

Or is it fine to not set any factors in -p and leave it default?

Thanks for the help!

Its the concept of making a normalized factor (not unlike a mole in chemistry) to rate them all to each other.

If you are reading in GH/S, then it would be 1,2,3,etc
On the same scale, if your algo is rated in Mh/s, it would be 0.001,0.002,0.003,etc.

My normalization for GPU walkthrough concepts can be applied to any device or algo.
