You can speed the wallet syncing process by using the kryptkoin.rar file, provided below. You need to:

1. Download --> https://www.dropbox.com/s/gx5e6db3wqvb2zd/KryptKoin.1.5.5.0.zip
--> Extract all file

2. Run --> KryptKoin-qt.exe


3. Shutdown -> KryptKoin wallet


4.  Download --> Comming soon
--> Extract all file to (C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\KryptKoin)
     I deleted wallet.dat file (kryptkoin.rar)

5.  Run --> KryptKoin-qt.exe

BOOTSTRAP FOR KRYPTKOIN

You can speed the wallet syncing process by using the bootstrap blockchain file, provided below. Download the zip file and once it's downloaded, you need to:



1.) Extract the bootstrap.dat file
2.) Launch the KryptKoin client wallet. This creates the necessary directory.
3.) Close the wallet.
4.) Place the downloaded file into the "KryptKoin" data directory.

+ On Windows this is in your home directory, under "AppData\Roaming\KryptKoin". Easiest way of getting to the AppData directory is to open Windows Explorer and enter "%appdata%" as a path.

+ On Mac, the path should be "~/Library/App Support/KryptKoin/bootstrap.dat".

+ On Linux, it will be "~/.KryptKoin/bootstrap.dat".

Launch the client to start syncing from disk.

- Once the client has completed syncing, it will rename the file to "bootstrap.dat.old". You can now safely delete the file (shut down your wallet before you do this).

EX: Windows Wallet:
1. Download --> https://www.dropbox.com/s/gx5e6db3wqvb2zd/KryptKoin.1.5.5.0.zip
    --> Extract all file
2. Download --> bootstrap.dat link: http://kryptkoin.com/#bootstrap --> click download
   --> Bootstrap.dat for KryptKoin: Current block 1015288
   --> Extract the bootstrap.dat file
3. Run -->  KryptKoin-qt.exe




4. Shutdown -- > KryptKoin wallet


5. Copy bootstrap.dat to  (C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\KryptKoin)
6. Run -->  KryptKoin-qt.exe  (1-2 days)


7. Shutdown -- > KryptKoin wallet
8. Delete --> bootstrap.dat.old (C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\KryptKoin)
    --> bootstrap.dat.old --> file temp


9. Run -->  KryptKoin-qt.exe

Also I noticed someone on a different wallet revision whilst having the block explorer open, are you playing?

I'm not sure yet, but something would be nice. Not too many coins can say they have been around a year and have advanced the whole time.

Very good news! I am excited to have that up and running with paypal. It is so nice to see how much progress has been made in one years time. I think we should celebrate KTK's one year anniversary!!

What's up? I was away from the crypto-currency world for a few months, because of a lot of things such as PhD admission, immigration to another country in another continent, two different surgeries, and I just checked KTK, and WOW!!! A lot of good things have happened for KTK. I'm really happy about it. I haven't sold even one KTK since I was away, because I have had faith in this community and dev.

Kryptly Update

The paypal option is now live on the marketplace! 

As the current 2 products listed are the Kryptly author account, the full payment is paid to the paypal account I setup. For other authors, it will split the payment with 2% going to Kryptly.

I've been talking to a few people and think one of them is going to add some products to the marketplace. I should have confirmation this week, looking at 3-4 wordpress plugins being listed
