Since  Xavi Hernandez took over the management of the club, he's struggled to keep the club at the top and the reason for his struggles aren't because he doesn't have the the needed tactical experience to help them win as many trophies as possible but because the club management have failed to sign the needed quality of players to keep them at the afloat.

Since the start of the season, Barcelona have experienced a lot of injuries to their key players and in the current winter transfer window, they were supposed to sign top players that'll help the but surprisingly, the management of the club is yet sign top players. Xavi Hernandez can't continue like that and that's why he's decided to leave the club
It's a common knowledge that the success of a team and the manager is often influenced by the quality of players available. Key players being injured and the perceived lack of significant signings could indeed contribute to the team's difficulties. Injuries can disrupt the balance of a squad, and Xavi can't get reinforcements because Barcelona have finance situation. If Xavi Hernandez has decided to leave the club, it could be a result of a combination of factors, including the challenges posed by the current state of the squad and perhaps his vision for the team not aligning with the direction the club is taking in terms of recruitment and player acquisition.

Management decisions, especially in terms of transfers, play a vital role in shaping the squad's quality and competitiveness. It's common for managerial decisions to be influenced by the support they receive from the board and the resources available to strengthen the team. The departure of Xavi Hernandez may signal a need for significant changes within the club to address these underlying issues.

It's better for Xavi for leave Barcelona for his mental health. He said that in Barcelona, you expect to win and continue to win because the club has a standard and that is what they want to protect and the fan base acre very toxic, a small mistake they will insult the living out of you and because he value his health over everything he want to quit after the end of.the season and I want them respect it, you don't want a person to work for you and want to put him in a position that will mentally destroy him, the era of Messi Barcelona with Xavi will never happen to a Barcelona again, take it or live it.

Xavi has been treated very unfairly and I wonder why it’s happened so; he won the league last season and has rightly struggled this season simply because the Barcelona team is just not good enough

The abusive fans, can they make mention of any coach that can grind out results like Xavi does today?

Atletico Madrid took the lead with the goal they scored in extra time in the first half, otherwise things would have been difficult for them. Valencia conceding a goal just before halftime broke their resistance. Atletico had no difficulty in increasing the lead to two in the second half. Memphis Depay scored a beautiful header goal, it was a typical Atletico goal in terms of preparation. Valencia looked for a goal in the remaining minutes, but we can say that they were not strong enough. Valencia had a great 4-game winning streak, but this streak ended against a very strong team like Atletico. Valencia fans are not very upset about this defeat, after all, this was the expected score.

The Old style isn't working no more so it has become necessary they move from it to something new and working, when they had the likes of Messi and Suarez who had betyer creativity with which he will be able to do all of that was when Barcelona was able to do the whole moving into the opponent penalty area.

When Barcelona keeps talking about their financial constraints it really hets me worried because this is a team that's ranked richer than Manchester united, as a matter of fact they are third if not forth richest across Europe so wonder where the financial crises emanates from when teams they happen to be richer than are doing even better and buying players to strengthen the team and achieve more as they should. Xavi is obviously tired with recent happening so it won't be a bad idea if he leaves at once.

It's evident that Barcelona needs a shift in strategy, especially considering the changing dynamics in football. The era of Messi and Suarez, with their creative prowess, allowed for effective penetration into the opponent's penalty area. The financial constraints, despite being one of the wealthier clubs, are indeed perplexing. Other rich clubs seem to navigate these challenges more successfully. Xavi's frustration is understandable, and if he decides to part ways with the club, it could be a crucial moment for both parties to reassess and make necessary changes.

Barcelona have had quite an impressive Spanish cups journey and they were up against Betis some days ago and it was expected that no matter the condition they're in, they're given the higher odds of winning. Their games this second half of the season have been both good and bad. In all they've not failed to give an impressive performance. Sadly, yesterday wasn't so beautiful for them.

Villarreal were a side that gave them a tough time and they had the experience too and were the host and so it was not so easy for Barcelona coupled with their shaky performances so far in all contests. Well their performance was quite remarkable and at least they were able to net a few goals too. The result of the game may have an effect on their confidence in subsequent games, but it's expected that Xavi should know how best to get good results as the league games draws the season to an end.

Barcelona's journey in the Spanish cups has indeed been a mix of highs and lows this season. The recent match against Villarreal posed a tough challenge, considering their experienced opponent and the shaky performances Barcelona has had. Despite the difficulties, their ability to net a few goals showcased their resilience. The outcome may impact their confidence, but with Xavi at the helm, there's hope for strategic adjustments as they approach the end of the league season. It'll be interesting to see how Barcelona navigates the remaining contests under his guidance.

I might think that Girona strength will really be tested in the next 3 matches because Girona will face Real Sociedad, Real Madrid and Bilbao where this team is the top team which might make it difficult for Girona to continue their winning trend. Of course, the big match is the Real Madrid vs Girona meeting which will take place at Madrid home ground. I am amazed by the strong strength that Girona has this season because they are very well organized in the way they play when facing strong teams. Their defense is strong enough to make it difficult for their opponents to score goals against them.

However, if Girona manages to get through the next 3 matches by winning then I will favor Girona as the team at the forefront to win the trophy this season. Barcelona has withdrawn from the competition for the trophy because it is far behind Girona. For this reason, it would be big history for Laliga if a team other than Barcelona and Real Madrid managed to win the trophy in this season. I think they will focus with their best strength to stay at the top of the standings by successfully defeating their opponents in the next match.

Who would have thought, Girona's journey so far has been very smooth, they were able to win easily against a team that could be said to be quite tough when facing Celtic last time, they performed well, Girona's defense also looked solid.

For Barcelona, this season they don't seem to have a chance to win the title. To be honest, I'm disappointed with Barcelona because they were beaten 5-3 by Villareal. xavi must be able to provide new energy for the barcelona squad if he is not able to, it is likely that his future at barceloan will be short.

No one will be able to turn Barcelona into the greatest team of this decade if their financial condition does not improve. The team needs a lot of new players with qualities above the current average player, clearly this is a basic need to make Barcelona a top competitor in La Liga and also in Europe.

There is something called a honest mistake and that is what defenders and goalkeeper did yesterday, it wasn't intentional and it will be unethical for them as as a professional footballers to give excuses on the mistake came about and that's what Xavi don't have power over, he can only tell the players what to do but he can't do much when they make mistakes and he can't just replace players when they all make mistakes, it will destabilize the game they have started, sometimes as a coach I feel we live them with no choice but to accept all fault that is actually not there fault.

Quote
Xavi has tried his best and given his best for his team, but the depth of the squad, which is relatively young and inexperienced, makes it difficult for Barcelona to achieve its best performance. They played well when building attacks, but their finishing was often problematic. The transition from attack to defense was also problematic, this was because the defenders and goalkeeper performed poorly. This should not be entirely Xavi's fault, but the player also needs to take responsibility for his poor performance.

It's better for Xavi for leave Barcelona for his mental health. Oh Sevilla, you still haven't won this week and a 1-1 draw against Osasuna is certainly not a good result for a team that has suffered a losing streak in the last 4 matches in La Liga. The last victory that Sevilla experienced was against Granada and that was about a month ago. What will happen to Sevilla this season if they continue with a series of less than optimal results and is it possible that they will be relegated this season?
Sevilla scored first, giving them optimism, but it was just another sloppy move from them, and Sevilla is finding it increasingly tough to win. And it's hardly surprising that their game ended in a draw. Osasuna won Getafe, making it appear as if they had a strong chance against Sevilla. Sevilla has been battling for quite some time now. And Sevilla has not been at its best. And Sevilla is already ranked 16th, with only 17 points. It already appears that they will end up being demoted because they are not developing at all, and the next thing is relegation.  And even surprised how Barcelona was beating without mercy how funny.

Yeah, Xavi has officially announced his intention to leave Barcelona. It wasn't very surprising to me thinking of his threatening the players to leave before if they weren't going to improve their performances.

We must have all seen what Barcelona did against Villarreal a short time after that talk. It was just a little faster than the time I thought Xavi would decide to leave. From now on I hope Barcelona can manage to find a good manager for themselves. Xavi wasn't bad in the previous season. But things haven't gone the way he would like this season so far. As this is his personal decision I respect that.

I am not surprised by the statement that Xavi said, "it's time to go". In the end, Xavi decided to leave Barcelona at the end of the season. It's quite sad indeed, considering his struggle for Barcelona so far, Xavi is struggling to bring in players with the limited financial conditions that Barcelona is currently experiencing. relying on the La Masia players in the condition of the main players who were injured, this time it was not as smooth as when bringing Balde, Gavi, Padri, to the main squad. IMO, as Barcelona fans, Barca actually didn't play as bad as we thought. It's just that, the problems Barcelona is facing are injured players and other problems. Plus, the difficulty of bringing in players who Xavi needs means he doesn't have many choices.

Based on my point of view, the worst thing is Barcelona's very bad defense. The absence of several core players only makes Barcelona weaker in defense. what is clear is that Xavi cannot always rely on young players, especially La Masia graduates. like the match against Villarreal, Barcelona's defense was very fragile. especially young players like Hector Fort, Pau Cubarsi, and the unreliable goalkeeper, Inaki Pena. I think maybe Xavi was mentally affected so he decided to leave at the end of this season. btw, this is just my personal assumption. What is clear is that Xavi will still manage Barcelona until the end of this season. I hope Xavi can give his best, even though I actually don't really suit the system that Xavi uses for Barcelona, but nevertheless he was quite instrumental for Barcelona, especially last season. well, Xavi has decided that this season he will end managing Barcelona. As a Barcelona supporter, I really respect his decision.  Moreover, I was an admirer when Xavi was still a player. and hopefully, next season Barcelona can find a more competent replacement.

Yes, this should be a serious concern, where goals that are easily conceded should be immediately repaired because the goalkeeper or back line is not good. Looking at the match against Villareal yesterday, of course it is very regrettable, why is it so easy for Villarela to break through Barcelona's goal so easily with up to 5 goals, that is necessary really serious improvements, Xavi's resignation as coach actually disappointed the fans even though maybe for him the decision was right because he felt he had failed in several title races.

I think actually he didn't really fail because last season Barcelona managed to get the title in Laliga, only failure in several title races I think there is no problem because all of that requires a process that really takes time to make the team better, learn from failure so that it can to get better, it's a shame to hear that he will step down from Barcelona as coach even though I think Xavi is very suitable at Barcelona and I'm not sure there is another coach who can make Barcelona rise from adversity and it will certainly take much longer. whatever it is, the decision must be respected and yesterday's defeat must be corrected immediately because it is important to maintain their position in the top four of La Liga this season for Barcelona as well as the UCL which they will still play against Napoli later.

Most importantly, they need a better coach with good tactics and build to grow the club around the La Ma Sia laddies.

He did well last season, some positions left amd they didn't replace them well along with the Injury that has affected them and how they've played.
Yeah obviously, I told you before that Xavi is nothing. He can't give anything new to the club that others don't, despite his lack of management skills. Managing is hard work and full-duty it can't handle a layman. It is true that Xavi is a great player, but it is obligatory that if a player is good on the pitch, he will also be good at managing. Although he has a good mentality, managing a team requires a lot of effort and a sharp mind, which Xavi doesn't have. I am not a Barcelona fan, but as riveal I have a suggestion for Barcelona: if they want to do something new, they will need to sign Klopp because he will also leave the Liverpool at the end of the season and he has quite a range of different tactics. He knows what type of tactics will work when the team doesn't take any way to get the chance to score. Now that old tactics don't work well, managers need to bring some new changes to the team's players or team tactics.

Barcelona didn't get any chance to lift the UEFA Champions league trophy because they are using their old tactics again and again which don't work in modern days. So therefore, Barcelona needs a new coach with a new tactical concept.

Barcelona have been subtle in the very best ways because they don't joke with them legends when they are Inna tight corner and odd environment like this.
They can't boast of winning any more trophies this season, they only can hope they win game and qualify for the first four clubs in the Premier League Competition next season.

Xavi Hernandez won Barcelona the trophy last season you get me? So I see no Fvck reasons why he'll call my best midfied nothing and nobody.
Jurgen Klopp has no plans for a new a new club right now.

Real Madrid vs Girona is on February 11 after the Getafe and Atletico Madrid fixtures, so Los Blancos will face some strong teams before meeting Girona who are currently keeping the pressure on at the top of the table.

But we realize in the previous match between Girona vs Real Madrid where Girona had to lose at home let alone playing at the Bernabeu then it will be difficult for Girona but still this will be an interesting match because only these two teams continue to dominate LaLiga now.

Slowly Girona is still continuing to maintain victory so as not to lose their points.

Barcelona used to be calm after entering the opponent's penalty area, pass the ball and let the available player score, but now they seem to have moved away from that old style of play. The chemistry of the team has changed with Xavi. This is not going to happen with names like Romeu, Kounde, Ferran. The team needs quality players, but financial problems are bending Barça's back. It was a match that clearly showed how inept Barcelona's offensive line is. They wasted many clear positions and Villarreal punished them. Definitely one of the most spectacular matches in recent years.

So far Girona has proven itself as a team that has a winning mentality. They are Real Madrid's closest competitors in the race for the title this season and it is appropriate for Real Madrid to anticipate all bad possibilities. In an away match, Real Madrid can beat Girona, but it is not impossible for Girona to beat Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu.

You know, nothing is impossible in football, even Real Madrid is still very likely to fail to win the title this season. But so far Real Madrid have a good winning record in La Liga and they really deserve to be favorites as title candidates instead of Barcelona and Atletico Madrid.

Girona got an early goal with Portu and then managed to keep the score. It was important that they finished the match with a clean sheet, they showed that their defense was good. Celta Vigo had a few dangerous attacks but no goals. This was a very important 3 points for Girona. They took the leadership seat in the league again, albeit with one more match. I hope their form continues, but now they will have three very difficult matches in a row. It will be very difficult for them to get out of here without any point loss. Especially the match with Real Madrid in Santiago Bernabeu could determine the fate of the league.

Girona is putting a lot of pressure to Real Madrid during this time and I think they are a great team capable of facing Real Madrid in Bernabeu on 4th February. Before that encounter Real Madrid has an away game against Getafe sitting in the middle of the standings right now which if Real does not win this game then the pressure on them will be even higher.Personally I think Girona is living a fairy tale now and I would support them against Real Madrid for this simple fact,I would love to see a fairy tale in European football as it is a long time is not happening.

hell Barcelona's match against Villarreal was more interesting in the second half than the first Cheesy
Regardless of the result, I was actually very entertained by today's match because I think it was one of the most interesting matches this week.

An 8-goal drama ensued and the regrettable thing is that Barcelona were hit by a comeback in extra time in this match.
Honestly my hopes were raised especially after Barcelona turned things around when the original score of 0-2 became 3-2 for Barcelona but indeed at the crucial time it seemed like Barcelona lost concentration which actually made them chaotic and actually had problems in 10 minutes of normal time and extra time.
It's a regrettable bet but I'm happy with how many goals there were in today's game.
I was quite surprised by the number of goals in the second half, yes Barcelona had turned things around 3-2 but the through ball was quite measured and completed directly by Goncalo Guedes. This is what makes the Villareal players enthusiastic, it's true what you said 10 minutes at the end of the match makes Barcelona's defense increasingly having problems with the lack of communication between each player in guarding each line and in the 4th goal I saw the Barcelona defenders making a blunder in their defense, and in the 5th goal the Villareal players freely got a cross and no one was guarding it and the goal was scored.
Their defense was poor and seemed to rely on each other in this match, making them have to be willing to lose points even though it was actually still able to get 3 points because after all, seeing from the last 3 goals created from Villarreal, they all came from fast counterattacks and poor defense cooperation that made Barcelona lose momentum.

Quite unfortunate actually in this match but on the other hand this is indeed a thing that emphasizes that Barcelona is a different club at this time, especially for their defense.
With this result it looks like they have to try to give up the trophy for this season because even though the match is still quite a lot because it is only halfway through the season but with a difference of 11 points with Madrid at the top it is actually quite difficult for Barcelona.

Regarding Sevilla's chances of being relegated, I think the chances are 50:50 because Sevilla will only compete with one team from relegation like Cadiz while the other 2 places will belong to Almeria and Granada. This season is Sevilla's worst season of the 22 matches they only won 3 times lol, nothing can be expected from them except a draw I mean a draw is the best result for them in the upcoming match. Next February will be a challenge for Sevilla because based on the schedule, almost all of their opponents are strong and mid-table teams including Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid there.

Today's live match Atletico Madrid vs Valencia, I can see Atletico Madrid playing very aggressively by continuing to attack in 45 minutes, 9 shots 6 on target as in the screenshot below. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if Atletico Madrid played like this until the second half then they could score 2-3 more goals, while Valencia so far hasn't been able to do anything and they couldn't reach Atletico Madrid's defense.

I am wonder about Sevilla because it seems that this season Sevilla is actually worse than last season, I also wonder why the presence of Ramos still doesn't make Sevilla better this season. Even in this match against Osasuna, basically Sevilla managed to play well in the first half and also won 1-0 at half time. But yes, it was a shame that Sevilla didn't play well in the second half and as such, Osasuna managed to dominate the match in the second half until finally Osasuna managed to score a goal and managed to end the match with a 1-1 draw.
In the end, Sevilla continued its bad trend and was not able to recover, even though the quality of Sevilla's players was better than Osasuna. This draw leaves Sevilla in 16th place with 17 points, only one point behind the team in the relegation zone. I don't imagine that if Sevilla doesn't get up and their game doesn't change, it's not impossible that they will struggle in the relegation zone until the end of the season.

In fact, if you remember again, Sevilla is the team that won the most in the Europa League, especially last season they won the Europa League again. If logically they should be playing this season they will be enthusiastic, especially since there is Sergio Ramos who is full of experience and several other players, they must welcome this moment as well as possible. But in reality they continue to decline and decline, perhaps this is their golden age which is slowly ending. I just didn't expect the fall to be so sudden and big.
