The 1-1 draw that Atletico Madrid achieved feels like a stroke of luck for ATM because there was too much drama. And is there still anyone saying that Atletico Madrid's performance is very strong? I will respond that the performance of the ATM solely depends on its supporters.
I say this based on the ATM supporters who are very racist and did something foolish that caused the match to be paused for several minutes after the ATM supporters threw objects at Courtois. Several times, the supporters tried to taunt the Madrid goalkeeper in an effort to undermine his mentality.
It is truly embarrassing the behavior of ATM supporters that I have never liked, and that is why Felix chose to leave ATM because of the racist behavior of the supporters.

Fortunately, Madrid was able to score early, and in fact, they could have 2 score, but Endrick was too rushed when he had a good opportunity, and his shot ended up missing.

1-1 is the final score between Madrid teams. Once again in two days, I missed a great opportunity to double my bet or at least recover my losses in these very hard LaLiga matches, but more importantly is that I have enjoyed t tonight’s game, when Real Madrid managed to win the Derby before the last three minutes Atletico Madrid with a great opportunity and a counter attack finally drawing the score .
This match was crucial to Real Madrid for reducing the gap between them and Barcelona after their latest defeat. However as typical in Madrid derbies, there was plenty of heat and pressure, whether from the players or the fans. Atletico Madrid fans may face suspension for their actions, which went beyond just throwing lighters and objects at players but also include racist chanting towards Courtois.
The new rules in European leagues are clear, matches can be paused for any incidents to help players focus and create a better atmosphere to them
It is clear that this derby was quite heated from both teams and was also decorated by the actions of Atletico Madrid fans who threw matches and bottles at Courtois. The Atletico Madrid coach had given instructions to fans to stop the disgraceful actions because it could result in a violation for their team. On the other hand, in this match, both teams played quite well even after the match resumed where Atletico Madrid was able to play more impressively in launching attacks.

A goal in the final minutes of the match scored by Correa made Atletico Madrid succeed in preventing Real Madrid from defeating them. Both teams have collected 1 point and for Real Madrid they again failed to reduce the points gap with Barcelona. The two teams are still 3 points apart after week 8 of La Liga.

Yesterday, Barcelona lost their game against Osasuna to record their first league defeat of the season which a result that now gives Real Madrid the opportunity of cutting down the point difference between them and the Spanish La Liga leaders. In less than 20 minutes from now, Real Madrid will be facing their biggest city rivals Atletico Madrid and will need to win the game to reduce their points difference behind Barcelona to just 1 point. Do you think Carlo Ancelotti's men will be able to get an away win against Diego Simeone's Atletico Madrid?

The game has been interrupted around it's 70th minutes due to the reactions from the Atletico fans throwing things at Madrid Real Madrid goal keeper, why exactly this is happening is what I don't understand and cannot tell but Real Madrid is already leading by a goal of which they my have added another if not for the interruptions as Madrid have been of very brilliant performance in the game this evening, Hopefully the fans gets calm and they resume, there's still some time and Atletico may be able to equalize.
The match ended with a score of 1-1, the course of the match was very dramatic.
The match was stopped, because Cortois overreacted to the Atletico superter, we don't know what caused it to happen, Militao had time to show the lighter to the referee.
The rotation of players carried out by Ancelotti, failed to maintain the advantage, but for me it was a fair result.
Marcos Llorente got their card towards the end of the match, Angel Correa became the hero for Atletico today. Regardless of the course of the match, I think the draw was not beneficial for Barcelona. Because Hansi Flick squad suffered a defeat when visiting Osasuna headquarters.

It was a fierce game and more aggressive than I expected because none of the teams want to accept defeat. It was like a shock to Real Madrid when Correa came from the bench to equalize the goal with a through pass which he confidently put the ball behind Courtois and he was left with an open net which he scored. The goal looked like an offside but after checking it out by VAR, it was confirmed a goal.

This is the most interesting match that I was able to watch today but I thought that Real Madrid woukd win the game and I lost my bet. The presence of Mbappe would have helped Real Madrid in this match.

What a match! For me the Madrid derby is more action filled than the El clasico and if anyone had asked me what the scoreline would be I'd have predicted either a slim win or a draw and with all the intrigues that occured, I just deduced it will end in a draw because towards the latter end of the game, Atletico Madrid began mounting pressure on the visitors with the little chances they got.
Who can agree with me that Real Madrid are not really on their best this season and are managing to win by luck because while watching the game I struggled to see the Real Madrid of last season who were more composed and precise in their style of play but it seemed this guys were more invested in making mistakes and wasting chances than they were at getting results.

In the end it is better to lose 1 in 8 games than to draw 3, especially in terms of points. Barcelona lost against Osasuna, while Real Madrid had to end the match with a 1-1 draw. Ángel Correa scored in injury time and it was the decisive goal for Atletico Madrid in their fight to avoid defeat. Real Madrid failed to hold on to the lead, so now Barcelona fans are still safe to hope their team leads the standings for a long time.

Current points race in standings:
Barcelona 21
Real Madrid 18
Atletico Madrid 16

If Flick underestimated a team like Osasuna he deserve what he got, but it could be he was trying things out with those poor line ups of his, that caused his first time loss in laliga at El Sadar this season. Initially he may have thought they'll bounce back and win the game, but Osasuna outsmarted them by taking up their chances, and utilizing every opportunity.

Additionally, all four goals was as a result of Barca's defensive error, the goal keeper did his best, meaning that Flick should work further on his defenders, else other teams would operate on that loophole.

Flick didn't underestimated the Osasuna players, it's just that they were prepared ahead of time against Barcelona and one thing I noticed is about that game is that Osasuna didn't give Barcelona a breathing space to make a recovery. Immediately they score, they turn the game from offensive to defensive and when they notice Barcelona couldn't penetrate, they add another goal and the whole first half was hard for them to equalized.

In the second half early, they were able to equalized and Osasuna had to go back and to defend again but immediately they had opened opportunity, they add another 2 making 4 and they were now leading with goals to 1 and came back to defend again but they were tired of defending and Yamal saw that chance and lead the team with 2, there was no way they could score 2 matches in the remaining extra time and that's how the game ended.
By looking at Barcelona's game and the squad that was deployed, there is no indication that Barcelona underestimated Osasuna, it's just that their scheme is completely predictable because surely they will do a crazy offensive and Osasuna has prepared a defense by maximizing the speed of their wingers for counterattacks which is precisely this unpredictable by Flick.

They lost because there was a slight miss in the scheme because they were too focused on attack but did not apply too much discipline in defense which was used as an advantage for Osasuna.

Atletico against Madrid is always hot as usual where there are some dramas that occur on the field, a little unfortunate that my pride club Madrid could not take advantage of this momentum well because in extra time they had to accept Atletico's return goal especially at this time Llorente was also hit by a red card, hopefully heading to the end for a long extra time this is not a negative result and they get 1 point in today's match.

My station only replays 4 seconds, his hand gesture and him uttering something but I don't know what he shouted nor do the commentators, to me it looked somewhat harmless, a gesture more like "are you still clapping/shouting?" but no matter what he said it was overreacting, probably, actually wait, I'm 100% he did it on purpose knowing what it will trigger.
Anyhow Koke going to the fans to beg them to stop, painfully to watch!
You're right, but Thibaut Courtois shouldn't have done it. Every player should avoid any gesture that could trigger the anger of supporters, but I have rarely seen Atletico Madrid supporters get so angry in a derby match that the referee stopped the match. But now, the match has resumed and the score still has not changed. Real Madrid still leads 0-1 in this match and they are trying to win it to get closer to Barcelona at the top of the standings.

I'm still waiting for the match to resume, maybe in the next few minutes.

I got bored and went to grab another drink and they just started again, it was more than 10 minutes for sure.
Atletico is going to get a fine and probably a game without supporters for this.

Maybe not because of the goal conceded, but the supporters seemed to be provoked by Thibaut Courtois' attitude and words when celebrating the goal towards Atletico Madrid fans.

The match is on pause currently as there is a little problem as Atletico Madrid's fans are throwing things into the field towards Courtois after Militano scored a wonderful goal with a top notch strike on the 64th minutes.

I think the home team fans are angry and are not happy that Real Madrid has taken the lead.
Maybe not because of the goal conceded, but the supporters seemed to be provoked by Thibaut Courtois' attitude and words when celebrating the goal towards Atletico Madrid fans. These kinds of attitudes really make opposing supporters angry and it is natural that today Thibaut Courtois was not treated well by Atletico Madrid fans. As a former Atletico Madrid player, he should not have done it, but for some reason he did it in this match.

I'm still waiting for the match to resume, maybe in the next few minutes.

I should completely agree with you about the mentality of the Real Madrid players after what we witnessed these first 45 minutes of the game. Even though the first half was a white sheet in terms of scoring, it felt like Real Madrid was slightly more confident with better chances created to score and more ball possession on their side.

Motivation, maybe but they lack (to the minute I type this) putting this in practice, common, almost an hour of the game, and what chances did they have, that ball Valverde had and it was a nice kick but that's all and the chance Rodrigo (if it was him??) had a few minutes ago, the one that went over by a few inches and the same for Atletico, maybe one early in the first quarter?

To be honest a draw would be right based on what they have played for both, and unless they change something it's going to end both a draw and goalless, although I'm quite sure nobody is going to be ok with such a result!

Eder Militao have put Real Madrid ahead with an exploding strike. The reigning Spanish and European champions are now less than 20 minutes away from grabbing an important win. Currently there's unrest in the stadium and Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid players have left the pitch after fans of the home team threw objects into the stadium. They objects were targeted at Real Madrid goalkeeper Courtoise which has led to suspension of the game. The game might be restarted or probably postponed

Well, the defeat was quite surprising because from the beginning they were quite favorites and the probability of winning even though playing away was still very large in this match but they actually had to surrender with a fairly large score.

~~
To be honest, the defeat was quite surprising. I was not expecting such a kind of poor performance by Barcelona. Beyond any doubt, Barcelona were the favorite for winning, and everyone is expecting that Barcelona will be the victorious with quite a huge goal margin but unfortunately they get the defeated by a lay club with huge margin of goals.

From the tactical instructions point of view Barcelona are perfectly eligible for the match. Personally, I also believe that Barcelona will be get the victory against Osasuna in quite impressive style but my prediction is wrong. But anyway Barcelona played the game so poorly 4-2 is the end result. All the blam goes to one player which is Inaki Pena. He just play the worst game of his career. Every shot of Osasuna goes to goals very easily.
In fact, their actual game is also not too worth saying bad, it's just that the cooperation in yesterday's game did not go well because on several occasions Barcelona made too risky schemes with sporadic attacks which actually left their defense wide open.
Even if you look at the whole of the goals scored by Osasuna including when the process of violations in the penalty box began when Barcelona was starting to try to build an attack that was hit by a cutback that made them unable to return to their position to anticipate a counterattack.

This was put to good use by Osasuna, especially by Bryan Zaragoza who managed to trick Kounde several times in yesterday's match.
This must be noticed because with the defeat that occurred yesterday, it actually made Madrid's momentum to catch up open especially now that in the Madrid derby they are already 1 goal ahead even without Mbappe in their squad.

I can just imagine the number of betslips that Barcelona has spoil tonight. They lost unexpectedly and Hansi Flick must surely regret the team rotation now. I was thinking that the young players that have been given an opportunity to star will be able to impress the new coach but they failed and put Barcelona in a very bad position and even before the key players came back in to try and remedy the solution it was already too late. Real Madrid fans will be happy with this drop in points because Barcelona were looking unstoppable when the season started.
There are many reasons why Barcelona lost the match, one of which was player rotation. Another thing that made them lose was the performance of the attackers who were unable to maximize the opportunities that existed. Poor defense due to player injuries and poor performance of the attackers were some of the reasons why Barcelona lost, but the good performance of Osasuna's defenders cannot be ignored.

I was impressed with how Lamine Yamal impacted Barcelona’s game yesterday, even scoring a great goal before injury time. Yamal is the best young player in La Liga so far and he has 4 goals and 5 assists in 8 games. Ferran Torres hasn’t been at his best, but he is a one of solution for Barcelona’s needs in the striker position.

I will also agree with you that Real Madrid will be weak attacking in this match due to the absence of those two players.  But I expect Real Madrid will not lose even if they don't win this match. Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid also drew with each other in the previous match by 1-1.
And the first 20 minutes of this match are already over, the performances of both teams seem to be very equal to me, although Real Madrid's starting was a bit aggressive.  I will still stick to my opinion either Real Madrid will win this match or this match will be a draw again.
As usual, the derby match is a prestigious match and the result is somewhat difficult to predict. Atletico Madrid, who is playing at home, certainly has extra motivation to win, but Real Madrid seems to have big plans to win this match considering Barcelona's defeat yesterday against Ossasuna. Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid will both try to reduce their points gap with Barcelona, but so far the match is still a goalless draw.

Both teams still had minimal attempts to score goals until 30 minutes into the first half, while the statistics from their games were almost equal. Ball possession is almost the same, as is the way they build attacks. Both teams are playing very cautiously, but the tension will increase greatly as time goes on.
Both teams are equal in this game and the Vini with Greizman are the players that are the top players in the first half. Vini was able to play perfectly and enjoyed his moment but he was unable to find the back of the net with the little chance that he had. Atletico Madrid is not taking the game lightly with Real Madrid as they are not giving Real Madrid any space to perform any magic.

The second half is what will determine the outcome of this match since no goal has been scored yet by both teams. Ancelotti is always good at studying his opponents and their weaknesses in the first half so that he will know the player that he will bring in to outsmart their game pattern. Maybe, he can do it again this time, he might lose the match. This is the best opportunity for Real Madrid to close the point gap for them to have the chance of taking over the first position from Barcelona.

Carlo Ancelotti is that kind of manager that'll go in to this kind of game with the mentality of picking all three points at the end and that's exactly what I think of tonight's game. 26 minutes have been played already and Real Madrid have been the better side on the pitch. I'll be very surprised if they don't get a win at Metropolitano tonight.

On the other hand, Atletico Madrid relies mainly more on counterattack strategy, and so far they haven't created any real threats against Courtois (some chances ruined by selfishness of their attackers).

I’m definitely going for this second half to bet on Real Madrid, as they seem more motivated to win. Hopefully, I can recover some of yesterday’s losses with Barcelona.

Barcelona's defeat yesterday was shocking because I never expected them to lose to Osasuna considering the perfect start Barcelona has this season, but just as others said, the defeat was a result of the manager Hensi Flick's aim of changing his lineup due to how he underrated the team which he and the entire team have learned from, and the manager needs to work on the team's defense.

The Real Madrid Vs Atletico Madrid game has started and Real Madrid needs to win this one because their last match was a draw and Atletico Madrid have a good winning record against Real Madrid in their last five matches because they won two which were all at their home and drew two which is away from home, and they lost one to Madrid away from home; I know that the match will be a tough one because Real Madrid will want to win the match to come very close to Barcelona since they lost their match yesterday; but if they draw or lose the match today, Barcelona will have no worries.
It's shocking though because Osasuna do not really have that good wining record over Barcelona,  they've played a total of 46 matches, Osasuna were able to win direct 7 matches out of it all, whereas Barcelona had won 29 of these games, and where the remaining 10 matches ended being on a draw, so if Barcelona should lose, not to have lost against Osasuna, though Osasuna is not very far away from the top teams in their league table,  But this victory brought them up to occupying the 7th spot in the La Laliga table.
