1 Why TSMC Logo deformed, and the TSMC Logo is a very old version, there are red lines should not orange, i don't think they use the deformed Logo especially for the professional company like TSMC
2.TSMC is a Taiwanese company, but why from "3.jpeg" seems all language used from China.
3 Why product code in "2.JPG" seems LBC1301/02, but LBCX1301/02 in "3.JPG"
4 Until now, the published information, has not any proof like real pictures, videos, etc, everything is only talk and dream. and the only picture is the Cyclone FPGA, Also,

This is just a surface research from Google, the above sites (also include job catalog sites referring to those site, plus I uses new data only, date filter from Google) have the same address. You cant simply stuff 10 compaines in 1 room right, even if half of them leaved, i am sure that you still can stuff them in 1 room

It's also the address for a distributor for Mentor graphics - a company that makes software used to design microchips, which labcoin is using.
The address could be a mail box address, but there's no indication the other companies using it are fake.

OMG. If it was a scam they could have just run off with $700,000 that they raised during the IPO. Which could have been $2,000,000 if they'd gone with an auction style - which is the default for btct.co.
Why settle for 700k when you can get more? You don't know that they could have got 2m. People put in more bids than they wanted because they knew it would be based on ratio
No, people had put in bids that pushed the minimum price up to like .0015 before the ratio thing was announced, and that was hours ahead of official start.
It's not like making a microchip is some kind of black magic. It's not that difficult if you have the money.
