shipping means sending, so let's call it "sending out sample chips".
as other guy already posted tape out is due 28th (3 days)- there sure was some vocal believers then when the share price started shooting up
but now where are the backers.. you come out with excuses cause you are scared to risk it- about the 10x return you want: I will put down 5x what you put down in that case (listening for your next excuse)

That said you seem to have a lot of trouble understanding what's going on. The tape out date is when you send your data to the foundry so they can start the fabrication process.
August 28th isn't the tape out date. Labcoin taped out long before their IPO. August 28th is the day they should be receiving their first batch of chips from the fab. They plan to be fully up and hashing before the end of september.
If you want to start a bitbet on sending out sample chips, you can do so at any time. Just post the link whenever you do.

The OP asked to be PM'd some data on electricity prices in the U.S and I posted a comment with a link to some detailed data - which caused qwertyqwerty to complain that I wasn't "following directions" resulting in me putting him on ignore.
(Although at this point, I'm still clicking on his posts - mainly because I'm curious how pathetically small his bet against labcoin is going to be)
It also illustrates how dishonest he is - taking my quote about something completely different (posting instead of PMing) and taking it out of context to make it look like I wouldn't take the bet.
Don't worry, we all know that qwertyqwerty is a troll/suckpuppet or just unable to think. He's already on my virtual ignore list

it doesn't matter who starts it.. but conditions need to be set, title needs to be right
if write "labcoin will ship a customer an asic in next 2 weeks", they will send you a jalepeno
pulling out the excuses already..not surprising.. if they have test chip from tapeout they can send to recognised developer exactly like bitfury it's not difficult at all

You said "ship". Shipping means delivering to customers. They plan on sending out sample chips to prospective customers in a few days when they get their fist batch.
Anyway, I don't need to bet, when they send out sample chips and they're independently verified the share price should go way up. Why would I sell shares that could go up 10x in order to take a bet that couldn't make more then 2x? It would be retarded.

Another Chinese IPO bites the dust. Is there a possibility that LC could face legal issues in the future?
LABCOIN is registered in HongKong with Chinse/European team, boss is Italian.After all, I think these canceled IPOs failed not only because of legal risks, their ASS is not very clean.

No fear at all..
Assuming the 50TH/s is comming on very short term (compared to Avalonchip order, BFL, KNC and other) and hashing power will grow with expanding it ->
Hardware sales from chips and maybe complete miners (who knows)..
Calculations will say that in 6/7 months you will have your money back only from dividends per share.. Even if they are 0.00005 or 0.01 worth a piece..
All this ofcourse with the Bitcoin Market in mind (you never know what happens).. Hell, maybe BTC will go up and then double profit; hahaha

That will depend on how much greed is out there, currently. I certainly dont see fear yet.
