They're all probably scared.. all of the sudden dozens of people stalking you, on email, phone, facebook, calling your employer, going after your sister, your friends... it must be a tough situation.

Especially if it turns out that the whole thing is legit.

Yeah, I don't think it's right to be contacting people on fb, linkedin, etc or their family/friends/job. I know everyone here is freaking out, but there's a limit.

For the record, I also think a line has been crossed here.  I'm not against contacting people to verify their involvement if their names have been openly stated in the official documents, but the aggressive tone with people who are not mentioned directly is too much.

Also, contacting someone's employer is far, far over the line.  There is no excuse for it.  It should stop.

Grin ahh screw them, I say they deserve every bit of it. We need to get government officials involved maybe Interpol  Cool

That's the point, you don't know if they 'deserve' anything.  You have some theories from some anonymous posters on an internet board.  Not exactly the stuff of hard evidence.

Harassing people based on that is wrong.

taking people's money and scamming is wrong too. I'm not really brewing over this labcon even though I lost 25 coins or so, but on the other hand there are other people who lost a lot lot more and some of them are looking for revenge  Roll Eyes   I wouldn't want to be in labcoin's position now.

after all they created this shit storm for themselves with false statements one after another one.

I need to go get a barrel of pop corn for this one  Cheesy it's gonna be a long ride!!

I don't think the SEC is going to spend much time looking into this, given the fact they've running out of money and will only be able to stay open a couple more weeks.

Plus the fact that, you know, they don't actually have any authority overseas.

Plus, everyone was a bitcoin revolutionary, flipping off the FED, but came crawling back when things went wrong...

You people seem like an angry, pitch-fork wielding mob. There's no direct evidence that the Tattis are still involved, and in fact there's no direct evidence that it's a scam at this point - just a lack of evidence that it isn't. Harassing people, or calling the police or employers or whatever is kind of ridiculous at this point. It's not going to make your money suddenly reappear.

Just be patient and wait for actual evidence, one way or another.

Again these guys are the ones being shady, its not hard to post an id, secondly nobody would even have digged this deep if they honestly communicated properly in the beginning instead of missing deadlines and lying.

And where the fuck is theswede yes share transfer exchange, btct closes sunday you retards. Its funny how the price is still being mantained, when you have people subbosedly involved with the project claiming they know nothing.

They should have been contacted even before the IPO. Either they are involved as mentioned in the prospectus, and  there is no harm. Or they are not, and their identities are stolen and they should know (as well as potential investors).

As for the theories; Alessi has admitted to an affair with Alberto. Its very likely then that her brother Fabrizio knew him too. They are both in HK. Its not hard to see who is the mastermind behind this. Fabrizio may just have been stupid enough to lend his name and company name for this to Alberto.

I know for a fact that Fabrizio knows Alberto because they are connected in Linkedin.

Running a scam is different from saving starving kittens -- you acquire a few creepy stalkers, along with a few mil in yummy, tax-free, and virtually untraceable cheddar.

They could easily have avoided this. And they still could. Right now, this minute. But they won't.
This is the result if you take shitloads of money from people and refuse to prove you are not a scam.
I don't feel sorry for them.
As i said they can end this.

I feel the same way. If they just come clean and get their act together they can avoid all this.

Which documents? It's on the ITEC PRO LTD. documents, but there is no direct connection to Labcoin.

He did sign for a TSMC order IIRC, and he confirmed that to me in a chat. Thats the only involvement he is admitting to.

And he provided his ID to burnside, thereby associating himself with the contract, which also lists him as founder and sole owner. It will be difficult to argue that he isn't behind the company if a government agency becomes involved. The domain name is also listed as owned by the company but with Sam's name as contact.

It will come down to exactly who this Sam is. Generally, a nominee director is a non-executive, used to create privacy for the beneficial owner, and is not involved in the actual running of the company.

burnside confirmed to me that he doesn't verify anyone's ID of any issuer's on the BTCT as he would not be able to tell if it's photoshopped.

He also said that he spoke to someone regarding the contract claiming to be Sam. He doesn't remember any particular accent but  he remembers having hard time understanding him.

What are the chances that Alessia doesn't even know what ASIC's are and that Fabrizio used her name without her knowledge.

It doesn't make any sense to me for Alessia to deny knowledge of Labcoin. She was listed as the CTO to my knowledge, at least at the beginning. I can also show that she had access to the [email protected] email address.

Maybe because everyone involved is a liar?
