I got my host bill last night and I'm wondering if you could give us some additional details how we are suppose to handle the Offline History hours when we prepare to send payment.

I've been still waiting to hear this as well. I think the numbers are for one machine, but I'm not sure.
the numbers are the sum of all down time of your miners
please pay the host fee this time and we will send compensation on 1st Apr

we have recorded all the offline hour on our system(from 1th to 30th usually). we will pay compensation according record by then
i am considering to collect the host fee also on 1th next round, so we can calculate the compensation and deduce it directly from the bill of host fee

If you want to switch to a billing cycle of the 1st to 30th/31st, why don't you make this bill run from March 20th to March 31st and we pay the new bill right now.  Then you can send out another bill on the 1st for April 1st to April 30th with the offline hours adjusted.  It would be logical if you are thinking about changing the billing cycle.  This way, we all understand how the offline hours will be dealt with going forward.
i will do this next round following your suggestion
we already send hosting fee bill for this round

Hi Lee,

when I bought my miners I have paid all hosting fees for this coming month & last month with the miners.
Please have a look at it & maybe have a look at my miners what are down.

Thanks!

It's a good idea to record the offline hours in your monitor system.  It sounds like you will take care of the deductions in the future but can we deduct for the hours listed in the system now?

hi li,

i've got at lot of offline hours reported against my account for this month even with 5 days left in this mining month. i think you provide compensation for any hours exceeding 14 hours downtime during a mining month. can you explain what the process is for claiming that compensation.

thanks.
we are planning to compensate customer on 1th each month

I had a 1/2 running one. I'm scared to think it's the same machine that kept floating around hoping it would work. Another person had a machine that was down by at least 10%, got to experience that miner too as a temp replacement. It's a nice burn-in service here that weeds out the bad units.

one of my miners has been down for over 12h now despite me filling out the miner down form over 8 hours ago. i guess these s5 dont like the constant pool hopping that's happening at the moment.

[edit] apologies li, i just checked and didn't notice a new unit. it looks like you replaced the dead unit with a new one. thanks! might want to remove the old one from my management view as the first thing most ppl would be drawn to is the red highlight followed by the word "Offline".

One of my unit looks like to be running half blade since a 4-6 hours. Just reported the problem. I guess this gonna have to wait a few more hours until Lee can check that.

Wish we had remote access or a button to manually reboot the unit thought the miner monitoring UI.

Anyone else had this "half blade" S5 issue before ?

bitmain price went down to 340$

I wonder if they are still being attacked now. Anyways, for the US they are charging shipping. So with UPS(cheapest choice), the total is 387.468 USD.
I can only get their banner on their site.

@phillipma1957: Sent you a PM for the last S5 you have hosted with Lee.

sorry sold it about 15 minutes ago.

@ lee

I sold all four of my miners

Nightshiftgirl  first  sale

HerbPean      second sale

jmumich      third sale

no141           fourth sale

All 4 s-5 had hosting paid until march 20
please transfer all four to them.

Now I need to find some one to tear down and rebuild my chimney.

No more hosted and I sold most of my coins.

Sucks Sad

Yeah It does. I have  Been in this house since 1992.  I have had the original chimney  repaired 4 times.

No more  repairs I want a new one. It goes inside the home from the furnace to the roof and is next to the bedroom. So  when  I really thought about it leaking water into the home for the fourth time! I started thinking maybe it could leak furnace gas into my bedroom. So this time I spend enough for a total replacement.

OT, but the quality of construction where I live looks atrocious (at least to my eyes).
Expensive houses built of nothing but thin pressure-treated wood chips.
Sometimes after rain i see all these panels visibly bending, but then they go into a house as if nothing happened.
I am not a specialist, so maybe this is a false concern.
