Poolside hashrate? So you are actually seeing less than what you should be getting in your pool? Today I've seen two unusual things:

Poolside hashrates are showing ~250 GH/s on one pool, ~550 GH/s on the other and 0 GH/s on the 3rd.    That is averaged out over the last 6 hours, actual rates varied from 94 GH/s to 937 GH/s.  Averaging around 45,000 stale shares per hour as well.   Lee's site shows me going at 1135 GH/s.

I don't think it's the pool, I'm running an AntminerS5 at my house on the same pool and it's been going at 1.19 TH/s with no stale shares.

I'm having similar issues, low poolside hash rate, miner disappearing from pool and reconnecting and large percentage of stale shares.  This didn't start happening until after the data center maintenance.   I suspect that the Chengdu center has connectivity issues with the pools.  Are there some pools that the Chengdu center is better able to connect to than others?

Poolside hashrate? So you are actually seeing less than what you should be getting in your pool? Today I've seen two unusual things:

Hashrate graph at pool is showing huge swings by the miner I have @Chengdu. It's not even jumping to another pool, it's just so low at times. Not at all normal for an s5. The miner monitor website reports the machine at 1154ghs. However, this could just be luck, someone might have walked though the data center upset and messed up the vibe of the machines. The machines need only good qì.

Another machine reports 1066ghs, but what I see in graphs and averages, is it's just fine. Still no idea how my one miner got changed, and still waiting for it to be fixed.

Lee, Does someone have ssh access? Has someone messed up things, like the scripts you use?

I experienced this for about 16 hours yesterday on the f2pool and all my miners are from the NeiMeng-1 datacentre so it's probably an issue with the pool.

lee's machines worked well with f2pool.

F2pool is in china as are lee's centers.

try them with f2pool below

lee's s-5's were bad with Kano's pool . I switched them to f2pool and they worked better.

The "Bitcoin Investment and Management Center V2015" is so slow right now, I don't know what's happening. A bit ago, my pool had issues, and now two miners are showing decreased hashing speed, but I can't find them on any pool.

Please add something that we can reboot our machines if necessary. I would hope something like that would be easy to add.

Edit:
Now one of my miners looks like it's mining for you! It was a change I did not request.

It's setup now:
stratum+tcp://bj.ltc1btc.com:9999   pcfli.nm, Alive
stratum+tcp://stratum.f2pool.com:3333   pcfli2.nm, Alive
stratum+tcp://stratum.mining.eligius.st:3334   1GwHVTfV3cGMkZXFF36fhzhNbPhyy7TcQr, Alive

How can this happen? I put a change request in and I need credit for the hours lost. I figure it's 5 hours so far, or down at 10am my time.

I know it seems like March has been a crazy month with DDoS attacks on pools and a couple of stretches of downtime with the Lee Group Data Centers.  To be fair, Lee and his team have been extremely professional and hard working right from the beginning through purchasing, configuring, and maintaining our AntMiner S5s here on this group.  He has also given us a pretty nice monitoring tool that has been expanded to include capturing downtime for all of us as well as a tool to make configuration changes.  I used his online configuration change a couple of days ago to change 11 miners and the work was completed within one shift.  I also know that the Lee Group team had no control over the downtimes we have experienced recently and is being up-front with recording those times and about how to compensate us for those hours.  I offer many thanks to Lee and his team for looking after our best interest during the good and challenging times.

During the last 6 month, it is the first time that chengdu Data center offline for more than 1 hours, and we expect it will perform like before after this maintenance, it is an official maintenance exceeded by electrical provider.
here is the pic of official notify provided by electrical company.

li, will the compensation payout from 01/04 cover downtime up until 20/03 or up to 01/04?

we will compensate all the downtime list on your monitor system this time
and after this round, we will only compensate the downtime in the month
many people concern about how we compensate the downtime

here is our solution
first, i want to point out that we will only compensate any downtime that exceed 14.4 Hours each 30 days(98% uptime) according to our user terms.
second, the compensation will be sent lonely to make our accounting easy.

1)we will collect host fee on 20th each month, please pay the host fee in full according to our bill, you need complete the payment before 1th next month.

2)we will calculate downtime on 1th each month according to our monitor system and send each customer a mail with downtime to let your guys confirm whether it is correct.

3)we will compensate the downtime in full via btc, the amount of btc we need to pay is calculated according the following equation
  C=(T-14.4*A)*E

C: The amount of btc we need to pay
T: The total downtime of all of your miner in hours
A: The amount of your miners
E: The amount of btc that your miner should mine within one hour, we will use the average value in 30 days

BTW, chengdu data center is performing yearly maintenace and will be offline for 12 hours on today and tomorrow.

Thanks for the explanation of how you plan to do the compensation…it's good to know what to expect.

BTW
we have another way to sell miner just like cloud mining
we will calculate the btc that you should mine(2% PPS)  based on the total hash power you own
then minus the host fee you need to pay and send the rest btc to you each time
if anyone want to use this method, let me know and i will arrange

we will still list your miner on your account to prove that we own those miner not faking those miner to scam customer

bitmain drop the price a little, so i can set the price as 390$ right now
however, the miner will be shipped out tomorrow and will be online on 3 Apr
BTW, Chengdu DC will perform yearly maintenance on 28th or 29th March, so will power off for one day or two day

Did you buy miners at a higher price before they dropped them back to $340? I'm just trying to figure out how you sold them for $340 before.
no i donot buy any miner at this period

I just noticed that the LastUpdate time on my Chengdu miners in the Miner Moniter is showing the start of the downtime even though the GHS column is still green.

Mine is down on the poolside but the Miner Monitor shows it hashing away.  I was expecting it to go down, just want to get credit for hours down
Barbara

Agreed, it's been 3 hours and the Miner Monitor is still green across the board.  Maybe it will change soon.  I understand it is on a delay of some duration so it should correct itself at the end.

I'm guessing that maintenance at the Chengdu Data Center as begun.  All of my Chengdu miners went down about 30 minutes ago.
Same.  Was this previously announced?  I missed it.  What are they doing?

Im not sure what is being done but I saw this note yesterday.  Details are hard to come by sometimes.
