what do you think of this player? i honestly never liked him both as a player and as a person
and i dont understand why Genoa has to spend so much money on a poor player like him
Based on the news that I've read, isn't he available as a free agent? Do you know how much is his salary? I don't think I've found an article that talks in detail about his new contract. In fact, one article suggests that Genoa faces difficulty with its financial condition and is likely to go bankrupt if it fails to find a new owner[1]. Even if he goes to Genoa I don't think he'll get that much money, unless the board makes a stupid decision. CMIIW.

Motta not wanting Pogba makes sense, they have a working system and Pogba is a controversial figure as we know, and him joining the team would cause some troubles, and wouldn't make sense. I believe we are going to see Pogba will end up with some other team and not going to change much for him and Pogba will find another team. It won't be hard for him to find another team neither, definitely going to be easy for him to find a team as well, he is a great player and wouldn't be a problem at all.

The best thing to do would be just making sure to keep it going and this is why it means a lot better for him to leave now so he can go to a team that wants him instead, will benefit a lot to get playing time at his age.

speaking of returns, have you heart that Genoa have contacted or have been contacted by Balotelli who wants to return to Italy? old flashback

yes, in fact, Motta is going with the club so as not to have anything to do with the player in the future, it's a shame that the doping case ruined his career but that's how you pay for mistakes when you make them and the club isn't willing to take him back backwards

If he worked hard and played for his team, then nothing would hurt him.  Although there are many players who do not work hard but with time they make themselves worthy of being a part of the team.It is sad if a player plays for a long time in a team and is drop after some time.  But now he should be able to play strong in whatever team he ends up playing.

Exactly, this makes me a little sad but ultimately you are not entirely wrong
what you say is right, we need to reward those who work hard and not give rewards to everyone
especially to those who havent done anything and maybe havent trained

This is why i greatly admired Romero Lukaku who this summer has no certain path and trained alone

Not fully guaranteeing about those who work hard for no one to hurt him because anyway, I think quite a lot of players who have had a big contribution and work hard to make the team better but in the end the player is just thrown away. No need to go far, Lukaku's entry at Napoli is also through a way that is not entirely good, because Conte's strong desire to bring Lukaku, which made Napoli have to throw away Osimhen and also Conte quickly did not include Osimhen in his squad to play this season.

In fact, Osimhen is a very good young player with a big contribution to bringing Napolu to get the Scudetto at that time. But in the end, Osimhen was still hurt and also, there are still many players who also experience such things in different teams and leagues out there. So,  it doesn't matter if the player works well and contributes well but anyway, if the coach and or club don't want him anymore, then the player will easily be sold or loaned to another team, and it is no longer something strange because it has happened many times.

The performance of DE Gea in Fiorentina will make Manchester United fans understand that Erik ten Hag is not a good coach and he is the reason why Manchester United become like a team that didn't have a good background before since the season DE Gea left the team I have been saying that Erik ten Hag don't know a good goalkeeper, no any Manchester united fan will say that DE gea is not a good goalkeeper because throughout the season he spends in Manchester united the team always remain in good position before the league should end.

Did Manchester United have a good president or good members? If we look at Manchester United it looks like a team that doesn't have a good leaders, I'm not a Manchester United fan but what the team is doing is very annoying, a team that hasn't had a good board members since the day I hear that Manchester united give Erik ten Hag a new contract despite not having a good season with the team I start feeling that all Manchester united leaders don't know anything and very soon that team will go to relegation position and they will lose fans.

You are absolutely right dear HajiBagi,i fulll agree with every single word you say
I'm also not a Manchester United fan so it doesnt even cross my mind
However as you say, the leadership are really poor at the moment

when you cant understand which direction to take, it means you are not a leader!

Manchester United will really regret why they disrespected the Spanish goalkeeper David De Gea that made him left the team last season, because Manchester United coach Erik Ten Hag thinks or believe that David De Gea was one of the reasons Manchester United were not doing well that made him choose the formal Inter-milan goalkeeper Onana over David De Gea if they are not regretting now definitely they will in a later run, they really lost a diamond.

David De Gea two panalties save against AC Milan prove that he is one of the best goalkeeper in the world.

David De Gea has been winning Manchester United best player of month award almost all the time as a goalkeeper due to his good saves in the club. I remember some matches that Manchester United should have lost but due to David De Gea saves in those matches they were unable to loss surprisely to me I don't still know why Manchester United allows David De Gea to leave the team, am really happy that David De Gea made those saves expecially the panalties he saved that gave Fiorentina all 3 point in there match against AC Milan which ended 2-1 against AC Milan on Sunday.
First of all, Onana looked not that bad when he was at Inter, so he wasn't a bad decision. But, I also believe De Gea would have been terrible at United, not because he is terrible himself, but because everyone at United is terrible, and De Gea would be one of them, wouldn't really change much and would be equally bad like others. He got rid of them and this is how he became good again, he deserved to be at some great club last season too, but he wanted a ton of money (reportedly over 5 million a year) which was more than what teams were ready to pay, this time he just accepted the best club he could find, and he is doing very good.

So if we switch Onana with De Gea right now, I bet De Gea will do worse and Onana will do better, because the thing that makes these players bad is the team.

Crazy that Napoli is at the top again after two years. I would never have said it, I wouldn't have bet a single euro on it to be honest and sincere.
This makes me understand that sometimes, simply changing coaches really works.
At least in Napoli's case, signing Antonio Conte really worked.

They are only the 2023/2024 season who have difficulty being in the top 4 of Serie A after winning Serie A the previous season. This season they are back in 1st place in the standings with 16 points. For me Napoli still has a chance to be in that position even though they could drop from that position later depending on the circumstances.

Other teams like Inter Milan and Juventus, Lazio and even Ac Milan are still teams that will make Napoli have to work hard to maintain their position in their current position during this season.

Amazing comeback story for David de Gea and I'm glad Fiorentina gave him a chance to prove that he is still a great goalkeeper. Nevertheless , he saved 2 penalties on the same game against Ac.Milan and basically De Gea gave Fiorentina 3 massive points that will keep them in the fight for top 5 in Serie A.  Grin I also think that no matter how you look on the situation , David De Gea will always be a greater goalkeeper than Onana so United really lost a diamond last year.

The hacker spirit breaks any spell
This is an opportunity for the second line teams, Roma, Napoli, Lazio and also Bologna.
While for Pogba to play in these teams and have a good season it is good to reevaluate himself.
So win for both. Opportunity to be exploited, for those who have some money to invest in this.
The teams that you have mentioned are currently working very well and in a good position.  If he stays in his own team and works hard, it is better for him to invest money and participate in other teams. If he wants to progress in these teams, he should also know that the team he is playing in is also a very hardworking team that is currently dependent on draws in most matches.

I find it very interesting and very exciting that many teams are competing for a common goal.
This competition, in theory brings a greater quality of play, if only one team dominated (as for example in the Brazilian championship) it would be decidedly boring
as a result, i am happy when other teams other than mine become strong.

I would say that he wasn't really seen as an excellent player by Thiago Motta, in fact he would like to get rid of him in some way, but in any case the strong midfielders are there and therefore Juventus fans shouldn't despair, the replacements are there and they are currently very strong and young people from bogba
Yes, it's a story that we're happy to have ended in the end. Because I lasted a long time. In any case it should be Pogba and not Bogba. I think you made a transcription error

I saw Nico Schira posted something related to Pogba's future.

It seems to me that Juventus has mutually agreed on Pogba's contract termination. That's very bad to see. Despite winning his appeals, the club has decided not to use him anymore. That's sad his return didn't work out like what he  expected before. But he has Saudi's door always open to him.
Pogba is actually pretty great player but he has pretty tough attitude and is so selfish, his return was widely reported to be good news but seeing what happened I was quite surprised where there was desire to go to MLS and could join Inter Miami and this is decision that makes many people wonder why he chose to leave Juventus.
If I personally would much prefer Pogba to be able to stay in Europe because it can still make him get pretty good career and win some championship titles, to go to Saudi itself I am not so sure because Pogba lifestyle itself might be difficult to adapt there.
From several sources that I read also stated that the news of Pogba return also seemed not to be welcomed well by Thiago Motta.

Ah Pogba, you dont remind me of this player, it was painful for me to lose him and in my opinion he didnt even need to dope.
But people dont understand what they have until they lose it, all this standing still has obviously seriously damaged his career.

Napoli are repeating a kind of magic, still first followed by Inter and Juventus.. Venice ever closer to Serie B

In a period of two years to return to the top again is not a task, especially Napoli last season really performed badly, usually it takes years for any club to be able to return to the top when their performance has declined, I am very impressed with Antonio Conte's skill in building Napoli's performance until it becomes an impressive club again even though Napoli no longer has Victor Oshimen, but Antonio Conte can still handle this club with the players he recruited such as Romelu Lukaku who is certainly a mainstay for the coach on the front lines of the competition for the Serie A title currently looks increasingly competitive, no longer just about Inter Milan and Juventus.

Too much fuss about nothing, Pogba was out of shape by the time he left Manchester, he scored 1 goal in 20 matches and was a shadow of himself, He went back to Juventus to get injured, then injured again then suspended from the first team due to that clash with the management, only to fail the drug test after.
He's in his 30s and has played less than two full games in the last two years, and on top of that he is no good relations with anyone in the Juventus management so as soon as he's cleared probably they will terminate the contract, pay him some extra since it expires in 2026 and he can go to whatever team wants him for his name, as his game is not something to be envied!

Fabrizio says that Juventus is already preparing to terminate his contract. Therefore yeah, exactly that is happening now.  Smiley  Pogba will probably end up in Saudi Arabia for a few years and retire after.

He did it to himself and now he has technically ended his career. He was already an injury-prone player at the same time. This also played a big role of his being no use in the recent years.

Did he have a prime? Yes he did. But there was no consistency later.
