@everyone who became legendary this round right before the Merit system implementation: I hate you.
The legend is so wonderful, I'm trying to someday become legendary because I want to share the knowledge that I know with everyone, and I hope that I have You can learn much from the legend.

I think you should play a lottery or something like that,luck is definitely on your side
In my case still nothing about the new rank and I am crossed 900+ activity,but I know it's just a matter of time-maybe Santa bring something legendary under the tree in next days.

Isn't it based off your posts and time since member / posts per week? to raise activity then your activity high level 750+ gives legendary
No. Once you reached 775 to 1030 activity, it will be like lottery that's why you will notice there are Hero members that with 900 activity while there are Legendary member with 800+ activity just like the one celebrating above, at 812 he turned Legendary. But one thing is certain, you have to be above 775 plus activity.

Congratulations!! I had the same BOOM feeling when I went to Hero recently. I have never shot for rank but its fun to watch it just happen as you participate and learn stuff. I am still over half a year from joining you. I have plenty of patience. Mostly I am hoping the coins on my Trezors are all worth over 15K by the time I see the next BOOM here. That is the ultimate boom watching those crusty coins from long ago turn into my retirement dreams come true.

Nothing come very easy, Now I came to know very well that getting rank promotion and how it works. Everything need time if we give time and work hard one day we will achieve.
am i the only one that is thinking that if i get in hero then waiting to get legendary is very excited because what if one day, you are lucky become legendary with the least post needed to become legendary. because legendary does not have exact post to make to reach.

This post is really gave me the best idea about the forum activity ranking method. Nothing is easy I realize that very lately. I will continue the post as much I can according to the formula for sure in a year span I will be legendary.
After seeing the replies which stating the difficulties and challenges in this forum has to face by the new members like me. It is always safe for the new member we will have the seniors to give idea and help us in finding which one should do and not to do. I am believing that I also legendary one day.
