The first lesson I learnt was never to be greedy while trading and ever since then it has helped me make good decisions. Also, I learnt not to love any coin during trading so as not to turn to a bag holder. Furthermore, I learnt to go for good projects and over look most reviews from experts.

if I myself have learned the lesson from 2018 until now it is patience to succeed in trade and investment, because from last year the market has experienced a tremendous decline so that it becomes a trial for us to be more patient waiting for the market to rise again
the market has actually experienced a powerful fall and has already passed somewhere in a year and a half, and many altcoins still continue to fall. The trend is obviously changing.

Lessons? The only lesson what I have learned is to buy more cryptocurrencies no matter the price.
Dollar cost average strategy is the best what you can do if you are not sure where market is going.
I also got to know when the price is falling we can buy at low price. When market is down we can buy cheaper and hold till the end of the year. 2018 price was low so we bought at lowest price now we can see it is rising this way we can obtain future saving from it so from 2018 I learnt to be patient.

the biggest lesson for me in 2018 is that we should not fight the market when the bitcoin price in a bearish trend will make us continue to lose our money, so if at the moment the bitcoin has changed our bullish trend don't sell our bitcoin until bitcoin reaches the highest price

2018 brought many lessons for me, the most important thing is to fix profits in time, not to buy coins at the top and not to be greedy

yes, the lesson I took in 2018 was the opportunity to collect some other altcoins at a low price, I think when the price of a cheap coin was a good opportunity to buy it so I didn't miss that opportunity, besides that I was very confident that the market will recover soon.

the lessons I took in 2018 lost a lot of money, I mean at that time I had invested in the ico project and it turned out that the project I was following was fraudulent. this is very painful and difficult to forget. That is why I currently spend more time researching before investing in the Ico project

The main lesson that I learned for myself is that we don’t have to rush to make decisions when the market changes dramatically, to sit better in large projects (Ethereum or Bitcoin) - then you don’t lose your capital, and the dollar losses will be restored sooner or later!

What valuable lesson(s) have you learnt from the crypto space in 2018 and how is it going to shape your involvement in the space going forward? Looking forward to your responses, hoping one or two persons learn a thing or two from them.

The most valuable lesson that i've learned in crypto this 2018 of january is, you cannot hodl forever, you need to have a set of rules when you should take profits because you can't make money if you dont sell.

the big lesson for me is capital diversification and not to be greedy when the market change green
Diversification is for noobs that do not know what to do with money.
Look how many people are holding here 100 cryptocurrencies instead of 1. And how many of them are in green numbers? Maybe noone?  Cheesy

You can make money on cryptocurrency, but it's not as easy as you thought before. This is the most important lesson.

the lessons I learned from crypto 2018 are very numerous, because I know crypto indeed in 2018 as well, that's where I learned many things such as the ICO program, bounty campaign, trading, etc. Besides that I also tried to trading from the bounty reward that I got , but because it was too greedy to wait for the coin to rise even higher, in the end the market experienced a disaster, and that was a very important lesson for me

be patient and learn the movement of the chart on TF Week, this is the precious lesson that I got,
because patience needs to stay in crypto, and also see TF week is needed to see the crypto movement, whether it is bullish or bearish, so we are not careless when investing in the future.
I, too, was in high expectations for the growth of the Bitcoin price in 2018. And now I realized that I need to be very patient in the cryptocurrency market.

Well, I have learnt so many things as regards this space, one of which include: controlling your emotions, if you can control your emotions, it will help a long way, also being satisfied with the gains you have made, you don't have to be greedy waiting for 100% gain else you loose everything.

That's right being greed those days tend me to learn a lot of lessons last 2018, and I really missed it all up that time. Perhaps if I have decided so quick that time I wouldn't endure holding my asset very long. But that's not the end of everything, the time still ticks so moving onward is the best strategy to address things on the right path.

many lessons I experienced in 2018, like how to survive when the market is bad, I got important experience in trading. at that time the market was really not good, many ico were cheating and most of the price of coins also dropped dramatically, but what I learned was a way of survival and could be profitable when the market situation was not good.
