Two new announcement threads has been added to the list making it 64th and 65th so far.

[ANN]🏆 PosBit-Safe and reliable exchange for crypto and main fiat currencies 🏆
Generally it is very suspicious behavior to hire bumping services, and it is even more suspicious when exchange does that, like in Posbit case. They made ANN on August first and basically immediately newbie accounts started with their "work", pretending to be interested and asking those standard redundant questions.

🔵🔵🔵[ANN]🔵 PAYACCEPT- WORLDWIDE PAYMENTS ACCEPTED IN SECONDS! 🔵🔵🔵
PayAccept ANN has been made few months ago, but recently they started with thread bumping. Account used are active in Posbit and several other threads.

Are you sure though that those accounts are shilling? I just checked Satoshi Club a bit and it seems that every few days they are promoting new project (for example today they made ANN thread for  Dash so they organize AMA, and choose few questions from the announcement thread (that might be even against forum rules, as it could be seen as giving incentive for writing in ANN thread)
I have to check a bit more to see what's going on there before adding them.
They are using same accounts for asking questions, but I did not dig deeper in telegram so I cant confirm.
Maybe there is some incentive, as they write several consecutive post (later edited or deleted by moderators)

List I made before:

We will have the following structure:
Part 1️⃣: $100/6 users- We'll select 6 questions from the community. A user can post maximum 3 questions. 4 Questions will be selected from our website - please submit your questions on our official announcement at this link and 2 random questions will be selected from Bitcointalk thread, please post your questions in this thread.

For Satoshi Club ANN, user Cyberdapps is creating new topic all the time.
One example is most recent topic that created 3 days ago and bumped up today:

@Rikafip if you can please add topics I found that are using bumping spam services:
You are right, all those mentioned are indeed suing bumping services. I added ZYX NETWORK, tap and PHORE BLOCKCHAIN, while ShareRing was alreeady on the list, I added it few weeks ago.

Regarding  Satoshi Club series of ANN threads, they obviously  used bumping services but from what I could see none of them are active at the moment, so I won't add them on the list for for now (I focused only on those that are active at the time of discovery). I'll keep an eye on them, and if their status changes, they will be added as well.
Thank you!

Thanks @lovesmayfamilis, both English and Russian announcement threads have been added to the list. All that negative attention from copied whitepaoerr wasn't enough for them. Instead sorting that out, they decided to go full retard and immediately started using those newbie accounts to promote both of their threads. I see that some account used were tagged years ago for promoting ponzi schemes. Old habits die hard I guess..

One more announcement thread  has been added
🌟 [ANN][REAP] ReapChain - Secure and Transparent Blockchain-Based IoT Ecosystem
Classic case of thread bumping-recently created accounts writing standard nonsense and fake interest.

One more announcement thread added to the list of those that are using bumping services:

🔥[ANN] IEO starts on July25] [XTK] -Xtake.cash - Universal Blockchain Income 🔥
Account used for bumping have a long history of such practice. Before Xtake, they worked on several ANN threads  like Goldario, Sensitrust, CryptoParadise, FSM and a few others, showing that it's not a coincidence that those accounts appeared on this thread as well.

Beside hiring bumping service, Xtake has few more red flags like organizing IEO without revealing the team, OP of their ANN has been tagged before for shilling/promotion of aa ponzi scheme known as Algo Hedge Fund. All in all, dodgy project that should be avoided by everyone.

Here are a few more threads that deserve to be added to the list.
I have decided to wait a bit to see whether they continue with the spamming, and without of doubt they hired bumping servce. As you already connected, accounts used on both of those threads are also working another ANN already inlcuded on the list, V Systems.
List updated, COREGROUP and SharRing added to the list!

All these accounts are also active (with the same pattern) in the V SYSTEMS ANN thread (already on the list). And, judging by the timestamp, all of them are under the control of one person.
Indeed it looks like one person is behind that group of accounts, or at least same person creating all of those accounts.

When you see ANN thread that is just starting with thread bumping, it is a good idea to immediately report those spammy posts and who knows, maybe they give up soon, before they spam the shit out of the thread.

Makes you wonder if some large bag holder someplace woke up, looked at a wallet filled with crap coins and thought, it's worth $100. If I dump another $100 into a bumping service I can get the price from BTC0.00000001 to 0.00000025 and make some money back.
True, that could happen as well, nothing really can surprise me anymore. In most cases projects hire those "marketing agencies" during ICO/IEO phase to get better ICOBench score or to simply increase visibility here, or in some cases they hire them when they have some big announcement like exchange listing, so they are looking for some extra hype. Good example for that is IndexChain. They did some bumping earlier but they stopped, and now they announced listing soon, so they immediately started with the same practice again and now last few pages of their ANN is swarmed with newbie comments like this:

I'm waiting for all their new products))
This team looks very strong in the world of cryptocurrency 💪💪💪

Crypto Swap Exchange
This basically opens a whole new can of worms. If you want to ruin a projects reputation, say they're your competition, just hire a bumping service on their behalf and soon they'll be tagged as cheaters or at least shady.
Something to consider anyways
I guess there is a chance for something like that to happen ( highly unlikely imho), but  but even then OP can report those spammy posts and mods will delete them, or in case of Minereum he can delete those posts by himself, as their thread is self-moderated, and it seems that he is not doing that.

Most of these altcoins are so bad that they don't even need some external enemy, their own incompetence and delusion are more than enough.

True, but some of them after being idle for a while all of a sudden have bumps and the OP / creators are nowhere to be seen.

Also, kind of wonder how many people are like me. Been in this game for a while and have their old favorite crap / junk coin that is worthless now, will be worthless later, but still enjoys playing with it. They make a post or two, and then the scammers / bumpers show up because they see an old cheap coin that they think they can buy & bump and make some money.

Minereum ANN was created long time ago, back in 2018, but recently they decided to increase the visibility of their project so they hired bumping group.

You were right, they are obviously using one of those bumping service. Bunch of the accounts that they are using  were inactive since October 2019, and then suddenly woke up and started spamming there. Their ANN has been added to the list.

There is one more new addition, making it 53 at the moment:
[ANN] Minereum - 🔥 MNE STAKING IS LIVE! 1000% REWARDS + 60% REFERRER BONUS 🔥
Minereum ANN was created long time ago, back in 2018, but recently they decided to increase the visibility of their project so they hired bumping group. Accounts that wre working on thier thread are alos active in DSF and SImba, two ANN threads that have been added recently to the list.

Same accounts possibly started working on Tranquility Audit Security ANN, but I will wait a bit to see to see what's going on before adding them as well.
Some of this accounts should get feedback for using or providing bumping spam services.
Minerium is also having self-moderated topic and they have full control.

There's definitely something suspicious about that one. Probably some kind of off-site bounty strategy.

Rikafip, you can add the following ANN thread to your list:
TimeCoinProtocol - decentralized sharing economy protocol
Good find, TimeCoinprotocol has been added to the list.

Explanation by the OP of the ANN thread:
... It is likely that these new accounts are users who came for us from other social networks. We made an announcement and told our community about what we now have on bitcointalk. We are sure that over time they will get used to this forum.
... I am sure that all these people came to support us after we told them that we are now on this forum. I don’t think they’ve conceived anything bad.
Hah yeah, all those newbie accounts that were made in 2019 just suddenly decided to wake up, and without any prior activity started writing in their ANN. Yeah. I am not buying it either.

Here are a few more threads for the list. They seem to be using the same bumping service.
Crypto Cricket Club 3Cs
Another obvious case, and another ANN added to the list, making it 51 so far.

Regarding the Sensitrust and ETH2X, I only add those ANN threads that are active at the moment of discovery, so I won't add those. At least not for now, but if they reactivate and continue using bumping service, they will be added for sure.
