They won't, as it costs exactly 0 to make new account. They have so many accounts at their disposal that even if you just tag them, they will ditch those and start using new ones. They won't be stopped by that evil fee thing as well, as they are professional spammers that are doing this for years and will easily find new clean IP to make more. Rinse and repeat as long there's interest in what they offer.

That could be the case as well, as I saw Vitor Services using newbie accounts created back in 2012/2013 and awoken in 2020/2021, which made me think that they are buying those accounts from someone.

Yep, mods are banning those sock puppet shilling accounts regularly but problem is that "marketing agencies" (most likely Vitor Services) are using newbie accounts and we all know that they can make as many as possible of those, which they are doing. What still surprises me is that they keep using older newbie accounts, that they awake when needed instead of brand new ones.

For some reason 1xbit hasn't been added to the list up until now, but that will be sorted. Yep, no questions about it, another case of thread bumping. Looks like a classic M.O of a notorious Vitor Services, as they are using newbie accounts created years ago. Its good to see that mods started banning those accounts, but unfortunately it seems like this "marketing agency" has unlimited amount of old newbie accounts accounts. I wish I knew how they managed to get so many of them..

Anyway, Standard ANN thread will be added to the list.
