Yep, they are using that service for sure, bunch of newbie accounts writing oneliners. BitStorage ANN has been added to the list.

Another ANN has been added, [ANN][PYRK][POW-MULTI][SHA][SCRYPT][X11][MASTERNODES][COMMUNITYFUND][EXCHANGE].
Beside having scam accusations for plagiarized whitepaper, PYRK team decided to hire known bumping service that is also working on several others ANN that are already on the list, like Cocos-BCX, OPP Open Wifi, Covir.io etc

Two new announcement threads added to the list of projects that are hiring bumping service:

[ANN] PIVX LITE\POS v3.0\PIVX Masternodes\USB Tor\Mobile Wallets Soon
PIVX thread as made few months ago, but since they didn't get any attention, week ago they decided to get some by hiring this so called "maketing agency" to help them attract some interest. Accounts that are active on their thread are working on Relictum, Index Chain, MASS etc.

[ANN] OPP Open Wifi
OPP thread has been spammed by newbie accounts with either newbwie accounts that woke up just to write there, or accounts that are working on several other projects that hired the same service ( Cocos-BCX, Goldario, Covir.io ) and are already on the list.

Thank you, Largo Coin added to the list. Something fishy is definitely going on there, as all those newbie accounts didn't come by pure chance, and it coincides with them starting to pump their coin like crazy. According to CMC, Largo Coin ROI at the moment is 2,656.32% and I seriously doubt that number. With few other red flags like no team (at least no real identity) and promise of few other top exchanges, to me this looks like another pump&dump scheme.

Same accounts that are working on Cocos BCX and Goldario are writing there too, with the help of few brand new accounts, that were actually made in 2018/2019, but just now woke and started writing their first posts there.

[MainNet Stage] Cocos-BCX‘s First Batch of 38 Ecosystem Buidlers & Angels List was deleted some time ago, but they have another thread with the same name where they keep doing the same thing - shilling Cocos BCX, so instead of that thread, I've put the link of the new one (number 21 on the list). That's one of the weirder cases, as that project is already listed on exchanges like Binance, so I am not sure what they can gain from hiring bumping service.

This one is definitely being bumped by sock puppet accounts, thanks, added to the list! It's interesting that they are using old accounts that just woke up in order to spam WSLT thread, and they are writing exclusively there. Who knows, maybe they think that way it's less suspicious..

Yeah this one is a bit harder to prove as they didn't bump much, and mostly did 1-2 posts with each account. Also, i couldn't find much connection between them, like working toegther on some other projects.

Yeah that might be the case too, as they mostly wrote just basic one-liners. Even if they did use bumping service, they are not doing it at the moment, it seems, so I will wait a bit to see what will happen and whether they reactivate before adding it to the list.

It is really hard to prove, but while researching one bump account I got to this topic [ANN] [EXCHANGE] Atomars - Fast and Secure Digital Assets Exchange Platform] (http://archive.is/CcWUM). I start reporting accounts but there are just so many of them. If they hired bump service they hired really bad one because most posts are something like "good project", so maybe they are doing this by themselves, who knows... Anyway, I am going to report all other accounts to mod gang.

Yeah I know about Spambusters, I've been active there for a few months now, since I started with spambusting/scambusting activities, and it is indeed a good place to share findings and ask for advice. One of the few threads that are on my watchlist.

Two announcement threads from the list changed their status to "Inactive"

Crybet stopped with their bumping activities 2 weeks ago, soon after being busted for plagiarized content, accounts tagged and bunch of posts deleted
Cleobet decided to lock the thread, therefore no point being marked as active for now.

OP I think you should keep close attention to [CLUB] The SpamBusters... thread because with a lot of success we are investigating all sorts of abuse, especially bumping and other forms of spam.

There are constantly new ANN threads taking under the microscope and of course, many of them are obviously breaking the rules using alt accounts or bumping services.

I think it could be a good source of information to make this list of "ANN threads that are using bumping services" even more accurate.

I reported their activities in Spambusters thread. Basically, bunch of newbie accounts conveniently woke up after some time, and suddenly writing in AAX thread, having those classic fake conversations.

I might start changing status of some ANN on the list from active to inactive, as few (e.g. Crybet) are giving up it seems, after getting posts deleted and accounts tagged.

Yep, this list is just tip of a iceberg I think, plenty of more hiding and doing the same thing, waiting to be discovered. But I think that list is getting shorted compared to few months ago when I first started looking and reporting those thread bumpers.

Good to hear that you managed to stop those spammers by tagging them. But since they stopped, no point including them on the list now. Maybe that could be a solution, tagging the account who created ANN until he forces them to stop.

Since this thing is going on in the local boards as well, there are 2 new additions to the list, Russian versions of the ANNs that were previously on the list, SUR and PZM Cash, same group accounts of accounts that are bumping English threads are doing in the Russian part as well.

Emirex has been using bumping services for quite some time. Bunch of their posts were reported and deleted, accounts tagged etc, but they don't give up, they just keep churning out new posts no matter what.

[ANN] 🔶🔶🔶 Prizm Cash - SAME SAME, BUT DIFFERENT 🔶🔶🔶
Prizm Cash ANN is new, but they already started with bumping services. Accounts that are active there are also writing on several others from the list, like ROMAD, Weemat, SUR, EDC Blockchain. Same thing is going on in Prizm ANN located in the Russian board.

Cocos-BCX has old ANN thread where they massively used bumping services for months, despite reports and tags, but they stopped with that some time ago. What's even worse is that they were doing that while they are listed on the Binance. That just shows how you can't trust some project just because you can trade their tokens on known exchange. You simply have to do your own due dilligence.

Most of the Crybet Ann bumpers were bumping Burstex.io ann thread with unnecessary replies. Most probably Burstex.io also used the bump service. But not sure.

Yeah i know about Burstex, they definitely used bumping services, i reported their activities 2 months ago in SpamBuster thread. Looks to me like they stopped 10 days ago so I won't include them for now, but that can always change.

Update:
New ANN added to the list. Same accounts that were working on Burstex and Crybet are now working on the HEX.
