I dont think its safe to open bank account online. Hackers could get your account if you're not careful.
Its not safe. You should go directly to the bank to open an account.  Anyway, its good to see how banks are embracing new technology now. But its sad because i dont live in EU. I live in Asia. Does anyone know if theres a bank like this here on Asia?

I guess those services don't work in Europe only as I've seen some people from my country (Algeria) using Paysera and Payoneer before , so It would be nice If you could manage to provide a list for supported countries (probably link users to the FAQ of the service where the countries are mentioned).

This is a list of free banking services (mostly in EU e nearly) that give you the possibility to open an account directly online.
Most of them haven't any connections with the Bitcoin world, but they can be useful for being used with the common Bitcoin exchanges or to buy/sell Bitcoin online on the OTC market.
