And you must take care, if you use private bank accounts. Some banks seem to lock accounts, if you have many or high non periodic incomes, because they assume use for business. Before you open an account, google the bank for reviees also on this aspect.

Its a bit stupid to search just for free banks as they kill you with fees

I would not mind to pay monthly/year fee for a safe banks that is secure and have low fee and high limits, for me problem is I am not in EU zone + I can not make a wire transfer in my name, as I need to have invoice as my shit terrorist state ask me for it for any wire transfer out of border

first most important is debit card load fee and ATM fee

Leading Crypto Sports Betting & Casino Platform
ViaBuy seem to be offering a dedicated IBAN to their customers. Their account creation fee is a bit too expensive compared to their competition though. I don't see why anyone would use this service over other alternatives.

https://www.paymix.eu/ has a shared (Slovak) IBAN. (Edit: not sure if they still work)
They are now known as https://www.yuropay.com

Also found http://emoney.com.mt/personal-accounts/ but don't know how to register and if you receive an IBAN, if it's shared, etc.

- https://fidor.de (Germany - German language) - It can be very good because it has likely instant transfer in/out from Kraken
I'm using the Chrome integrated translation tool to use it.

Are you outside of Germany and you manage to make an account, they offer a card? Thanks!

Yes, fidor.de opens outside Germany. You can get a debit mastercard for EUR 14,95. Video-Ident.

No problem. You could also move Monese to Personal IBAN and add Ipagoo, both being paid services, though (5,90€ and 3€ per month). But TransferWise being free has a minimal fee of 2€ for each transaction, so it's not like Ipagoo is any more expensive for example.

Shared IBAN (they can't be used with exchanges)
- https://www.icard.com (Bulgaria)
I asked them via e-mail and they told me that you receive a personal (Bulgarian) IBAN after you are verified with them (and pay 10€ for the card).

Top Crypto Casino
http://www.qck-card.com/
https://platinumatmcard.com/
https://platinumbitcoincard.com/

These are all scams, supposedly from the same company as Viabuy, but they aren't really. The cards don't work at all.

I don't think those sites are related to Viabuy. Apparently, the person behind is someone from India. I checked Whois for 2 domains and it is showing as the registrant a person named "Jonathan Blacksmith" from Cyberservices.com. I found this page on LinkedIn (here) showing Gurgaon, Haryana, India as location. The activity described is far to be related to financial prepaid services.
I found another domain related to this person fastbitcoincard.com (currently nothing hosted on this domain)

Hello,
Anybody know if Leupay is friendly to Crypto Currency related accounts? From some post I found that some Leupay accounts was terminated because of sending money to bitcoin exchangers. However, I have used Leupay to accept withdrawal from bitstamp for months and there is no problem.
I need to withdraw from exchangers but am afraid that one day Leupay would close my account.
Best regards,
I wouldn't risk my money by doing so.

Hm, I read that on another forum: https://www.offshorecorptalk.com/threads/looking-for-ewallet-with-unique-polish-iban.21432/page-2#post-64531

The message you copied about needing a permanent German residence is from Fidor's "forum" where a user asked this and they replied, but it's from 27.02.2016...

I guess there should be no difference between both?
There is no difference. Fidor recently opened for most of Europe.

Hmmm....  Huh
As far as I can see the fidor.de website says that you need permanent residency in Gerrmany to open an account -

Where can I find information about them opening for most of Europe?

Only Bitcoin!
Does anyone have personal experiences with any of these banks listed here? Or it just founded a website on the internet.
I am thinking to try MasterCard from https://www.ipagoo.com/  and i would like to hear any satisfied customers
