Clueless!
March 13, 2017, 11:33:50 AM
You are actually right I don't think litecoin is going to survive anymore. As far as I remember it started a bit late than bitcoin and it did havr value like people were saying it would become like bitcoin and reach 100$ but unfortunately it didn't get the attention it needed and bitcoin got way ahead of it and litecoin became a dead coin.
I think the current altcoins can show some good returns I recommend to invest little little in 2-3 altcoins you never know what can happen.

You are right. I also think that you need to invest in several altcoins  at the same time, to make it secure. And the fact that litecoin  did not receive proper development is bad. But this wine developers are likely. If they worked well on the project, the coin would have lived so far.
The coin is living but for now i think it is worst than eth also recently after a long time eth got any increase but litecoin
it has the same price of maybe some .2$ increase from 2 years. I still think if the developers try to make it better or
try to develop it more it can increase in the coming years

You are talking nonsense. The price of the coin is not an indicator if it is dead or alive. Technical analysis and mining are the best indicators to consider it. So, go check LTC and ETH mining before spreading bullshit here.

Not sure that applies to today. Ltc price went from like 3.82 usd to 4.42 as I speak. No idea why

Hope it holds

Bitcoin- in bullish time
February 28, 2017, 11:23:26 AM
Nah. Litecoin is not dead because i believe that the price is more on effect of the price of bitcoin but it is one of the stable altcoin on the market and i think it will bounce back soon if the price of bitcoin will be lower. Just buy and save a lot of litecoins before it pump on its price. Its is a good buy opportunity.

I just don't get it how this coin can keep dropping and dropping without any sustained rally. All rallies turn into dead cat bounce. After that, selling continues and its price keeps going lower and lower. Maybe Litecoin will touch 0.001 BTC next year if this continues.

Sure feels like LTC is on life support after watching this BTC action.

There was a time when LTC was all goodness and light. Will we look back at other alts doing well today in the same way ?

Litecoin is not dead. Its development has not been jaw dropping but it has steadily been Litecoin. Litecoin is just it, not more.

I don't hold it, I don't invest in it but I accept that it is not dead and still has followers that are enthusiastic about it. It's nice that it's still around!

I think the life support for the litecoin will be maintained.

Made this thread 3 years ago, and LTC is still dead and on life support, 'ain't too much changed' "Dr Dre"
Litecoin is not growing as much as Monero and Doge. And yet if we look at the price dynamics - it is quite stable. Not to forget that ltc has a code analogical to bitcoin, so it is protected from inflation, because of the limited amount. And if you check out the casinos - litecoin is among the most recognised altcoins which can also make it popular soon.
And if we look at the monero, for instance, we'll see that the price was low for a long time and then suddenly has rizen up to 11$. But who knows what happens next. Monero's amount is not limited and I guess that's why it will slowly go away from the market.

Dead since 2 years ago? haha Litecoin will not die, there's a lot of mining power on LTC. Somehow for them it is profitable, so.. Spoiler: LTC will continue there, now let's check how it will perform with SegWit.

Litecoin is officially dead, why you may ask?

What Litecoin used to offer:

ASIC Resistance
GPU Resistance
2.5minute blocktime

What Litecoin now offers:
2.5minute blocktime

Basically, Litecoin is worth less than Blackcoin, Netcoin, OompaLoompaCoin, heck, practically anycoin that has a faster blocktime and Any other feature... Litecoin offers absolutely nothing over what 99% of these alt coins offers, even the worst alt coin offer more innovative features than Litecoin. And to those litecoin bagholders, who say that "Litecoins age and adoption" is something it offers, that's not true..There are NO reputable stores Worldwide that accept Litecoin, not one.

Verdict: Litecoin is dead, it hasn't been updated in years, it's a practically abandoned coin. I'm gonna feel really sorry to all the litecoin bagholders that are still "HODLING" when Litecoin reaches $1, 50 cents, 10 cents etc.

Litecoin is one of the old pinoneering altcoin in bitcoin world, I don't believed that LTC will going to die or dead, because it has a lots of miners and build a strong community in cryptocurrency, in fact it can be considered as a sleeping giant. Though LTC price vaue now is low due to bitcoin is rising so far, but still a good chance for us to buy more LTC and save it in for the future.

LTC/USD is doing just fine

its dead Smiley

stop being hopeful. ltc will never pump again.

Is doing fine, because its not dumping...so, it preserves the value

Always good thing, this coin have predictable value and can be good for safe funds. But if you think he is dead why so much is still in this invested if he is dead investment would drop. With good price with USD he is still kicking.
