Is there any representative from livecasino here? I tried the website for a week, the experience was good until today, I play fairly big and deposit/withdraw 10-20k USDT per day. Until today there was no issue but today when I tried to withdraw 27k (after depositing 20k and winning 7k) the withdrawal was put into manual processing for 2 hours with no update.
Live support says there is no ETA so I cancel'ed the withdrawal and proceeded to lose ~25k, when I tried to withdraw the 2k it was again put into endless review, after 3 hours I lost patience and cancel'ed withdrawal to lose it.
I like livecasino but I am hesitant to put more money into it if I have to constantly dealing with this kind of withdrawal issues, I have done full KYC since registering, always depo/withdraw to the same address, if this is how livecasino treats high stake players I'd caution people against playing here. You can't advertise instant withdrawals then hit normal players with "standard" yet no ETA withdrawal reviews.

We are all expecting instant withdrawals but many gambling sites have thresholds after which they have to manually approve transfers. There can also be account-related triggers while your account is new, or maybe you triggered some bot that flagged you for money laundering if you for instance deposited 20k played a bit with it, and then tried to withdraw 27k. This is pure speculation on my part based on my experience across different sites, not Livecasino itself, so once again please wait to hear from the official representative. I will also let them know about your concerns.
Thanks for the reply, at this moment since I lost that 27k anyways after cancelling the withdrawal my main concern is if my account is flagged and will be consistently going through those long dreaded manual reviews, that would be unbearable for me to stay with livecasino. I have higher wager and daily depo/withdrawals at other sites and never have to wait for more than an hour, I always make sure to wager at least 1x of any deposit before I try to withdraw so not to trigger coin mixing flags.
20% RTP for me but small sample of 20 spins, so need more experience to really say
