I didn't know it, so, for something immediate, resorting to the old and obsolete email is not the best alternative.

Yeah, it guarantees something for sure. I have gone into one of those bonus rounds and taken less, but once you win them (the bonus within the freespins) you can generally expect some kind of long, drawn out process where you come up trumps.
