Thanks for explanation. And I think bounty participants don't need to worry, as the soft cap was reached and platform would be developed.

Percent-wise yes. If 99% of the supply is burned, you will still get the same percent ratio vs everyone else on the new supply number. Obviously you cannot still get, for example, 2 million tokens if only 1.5 million exist in entire supply though.
