It is quite impressive to see soft cap being achieved during pre-sale. Although the hardcap from ico seems to me pretty high, what if this isn't achieved, will all funds be returned back to investors at that time?

Hi I understand that the ICO starts on 31st Jan. When does it end? Any tokens left over from the pre-sale that will be sold in the main sale? the target is 170,000 ETH - roughly = to $170m? Is that right?
The sale ends on Friday 23rd Feb. 2018 23:59 UTC. All unsold tokens will be burned--As to whether leftover tokens from the pre-sale will carry over to the main sale, I do not have that information. In regards to the hard cap in ETH, due to price fluxuation of ETH it's difficult to say.
