Got my animated banner and it's a perfect job

 I am looking for a new logo , I am currently using captain america's shield everywhere. Tough the problem is this ;

 1- I can't use captain americas shield , the trademark issue.
 2- I don't know what else I want to use tough.

 I want to use captain america's shield but it will be against the law and I do not have anything else in mind.

 Would you be able to figure something out for me? Like a logo that I might like but not get me trademark infrigment problem.
