You asked the same question on the PhoenixMier and T-Rex chat and I already gave you an answer on the PhoenixMiner chat.
You don't need to mine on on nicehash only to get paid in BTC as other pools do the same. On the zergpool.com you can get paid in a lot of different coins, like Ravencoin NEOX Ergo or whatever besides BTC (Bitcoin).
Plus the pool mostly give you examples of how to mine them with different miners.

Automatic change from ETH to ETC for the Merge
Just to do automatic change to ETC when the pool of ETH goes down in the Merge, you need to have lolMiner 1.55+

It is as easy as add “etc:” like this in the Extra Config:

--pool etc:eu1-etc.ethermine.org:4444 --user wallet

That seems to be a ISP fail... try using the ethermine ssl port. To see if helps
