For me it depends  what you want if you like small profit  you can go to short term, but If you like to get more profit you can get the long terms.
Long term and short term investing has the really big different on how it works, it's not all about the profits because actually both of them could brings back the huge profits if you're going it in the right way and lucky when you hit the jackpot. In my opinion, long-term is more risky than short-terms because you have to follow that investment in a long-time which mean anything can happens.

Hello my dear Bitcoin brothers.

I would like to ask you about your experience with day/swing trading vs. long term investing and also,
what was more profitable for you and what are pros and cons for both ways of trading?

This question interests me since market is very volatile and it can get quite easy to exploit daily range for a quick small profit.

Thank you fellas.
i think long term now is not good because the value is too high than before may be they will not have enough money to pump it so for now short trading is more good take profits and be content what you get and short term you will get more profit than long term investing in long term it is too riksy but you should need and information and knowledge if you do trading.

If I will be in this kind of situation to choose between long terms versus short term investing I would chose both. Yes both because we don’t know what will happen to short term and even in long term. Yes we do have a plans for both but we should understand that those plans might not be get unto place. So what good if we would choice both is that if the short term fails we do still have the long term investments and it goes vice versa. This is a wise move but surely it will require a lot of planning and maybe a huge capital also.

I think long-term investment is better than short-term investment. Long-term investment means that investment is higher than the opportunity to gain more profits than short-term investments.

Bitcoin is still a very volatile asset and is only suitable for adventurous investors. If you want to find stable value or stable price increases over a certain period of time, then bitcoin is not for you. However, if you're looking for a can make your investment with the potential of double or triple, and able to take potentially huge losses, so will be a part of your portfolio investment in the currency may be the right choice.

short-term patterns should be used in altcoin trading where if market conditions are making us lose, then we have to take cutloss and concentration to another coin, no need to sell everything, just need to adjust to daily targets only. for long-term coins, I still rely on bitcoin and some altcoin that I consider potential in accordance with the roadmap they are working on.

There were a big difference between long term investment and short term investment. In long term investment, you can earn bigger profit because you can choose when to sell it when the price much bigger than when you invest. And also you must have to wait maybe 6 months or more so that you can earn a big profit through it. While in short term investment, you can earn but just a little percentage because the price is not moved bigger than when you invest but you can earn easily or try to trade it and choose the right coin to trade with.

I think you should try to mine rather than either of them because in both you have to spend time looking on market but in this you can keep mining irrespective
I rather choose long term because in long term you can make your money grow and you will find the good result if you are just be patient enough.Instead in short term you sure that it will be grow enough.Even it is a time to spend in investing you should know the best value you can get.

You can easily but riskily day trade for smaller margin profits or larger chunks of the pits and peaks, or just buy in on new tokens and wait for a sometimes easier profit accumulation, of course this takes research in different ways, are the team good, is the tech relevant and ongoing or just a flash in the plan Get rich scheme, this and many other outlooks must be made to weigh up the value, both short and long term of the token.
All things are certainly at risk, let alone cryptocurrency investment that is hard to guess, but I agree that in general buy in on new tokens and wait for long time is more profitable than short time.

Simply small term small profits and long term huge profits.
But the profits will be based on the which cryotocurrency youbare holding many crypto currencies will lose their value in long term so make sure you are holding the right coins if you are an long term investor.

If I'm better to use 50% of funds for the long term, and 25% for short and 25% longer for backup, because I'm more comfortable with that way, because I'm sure the bitcoin end of 2018 will return to the price already skipped

We have different mindset when it comes in investment but we have one goal why we are trying to invest, goal to be financially stable.
In bitcoin both short and long term is applicable because both are with profit value.
You must need to be updated in market movement.

Long term may be too risky if you have a limited capital, but with some luck and guts you can receive a lot of good things from it

I truly believe in bitcoins. I believe it is the future of finance and it will forever change how we use money. However, I would say that bitcoins is just a jump off point of sorts and I think governments will just adopt the concepts and frameworks it has laid down. What will happen is that governments will ditch physical paper money and coins and go with cryptocurrency in their own way.
