One of my online friend bought apartment with Bitcoin last year. You just need to find someone who accepts crypto for their real estate.
But when you buy a house, you need to have a clear contract and papers. I don't think the law can accept buying houses with bitcoin or altcoin, at least in my country
When there's a deal between individual even if that person paying with leaf everything can be cleared up and still be approved by the government if the documents are there and they are not breaking any law.
It's a common sense that the payment method is up to the individual who made the transaction not limited by the government.

I think it is going to be hard to find a real estate right now in exchange for crypto. I also believe that you should wait till the prices are going to recover, because it does not make any sense to sell your crypto now.

Hi Guys,

Which countries/islands allows people to buy real estate/land using alt coins?

I do not think there is any country that has formally approved of that, but there are individuals and organizations that accept coins for the purchase of any physical asset. You just have to be careful so as not to get scammed.
We might see some of them coming up soon, but i think they are waiting for regulations to be integrated into the crypto space, which will give them some level of control.

This is not difficult, but your initial funding is very important. If you invest in altcoin in 2017, you may be able to earn money for several apartments. But now the cryptocurrency market has changed in 2018. Investment has become very difficult now.

There are already some projects existing that are offering real estate in exchange for crypto currencies. Look at Agent Not Needed project, because they are moving in this direction. Also you can pay your attention to the Global REIT project.

I am not aware of any places offering to buy real land but I know there are some coins like Decentraland where you can buy your own place in a virtual world using the currency. I believe there are some projects which let's you invest in real estate I just don't remember them.

Hi Guys,

Which countries/islands allows people to buy real estate/land using alt coins?

Well, I guess it's better if you are going to look at projects already been established from an ICO last months or years. There, you can see some real estate project that utilize altcoins for land.

For now maybe no one can accept an altcoin to get an apartment, maybe to rent an apartment and hotel, someone can accept it. It seems difficult if someone sells and buys an apartment, but all of this requires a process, and of course it will be in line with the development of the era, so there must be many interests.

I haven't heard of the possibility of using cryptocurrencies to buy land property, but as cryptocurrencies are gradually linked, there will be future.

That will be a good development if it exists.
With time i envisage there will be such thing as that, but it might come with the regulation of cryptocurrency. Then governments might agree to legalize it.

You can find some offer in internet. But dont buy, because its big risk. Cryptocurrency cant be official accepted for payments in contract, because it is not a legal  in many countries. The main risk for the buyer here is that the fact that he fulfilled the obligation to pay the object of the contract (apartment, house, island) may  not be recognized of country. If you buy apartament using altcoins, contract must be registration and there are must be indicated national money(dollar, euro, ect.). National money appeared in the contract, and you paid for appartament with cryptocurrency, then at the seller’s claim this transaction may be considered illegal by the court and you must give back appartament

Hi Guys,

Which countries/islands allows people to buy real estate/land using alt coins?

There are currently no countries that accept Cryptocurrency as an official currency so you cannot use it as a currency to buy a house / land / garage / etc etc.
But there are many big companies in the world that accept it as a currency to pay online services so in the future you can use Crypto as an official currency.

Hi Guys,

Which countries/islands allows people to buy real estate/land using alt coins?

This is now possible and Darico have proof of concept in Dubai to implement Darico token in real estate. Darico token would be used to pay your rent or buying apartments and they are now in negotiations to make it happen. And have partnered with RDK property developers in Dubai.

This could be difficult and tricky question. There currently little or no countries currently allowing purchases for real estates using cryptocurrencies. This could be as a result of the fact that, crypto as we know it is highly volatile and lacking in stability making it an uncertain means of exchange. Also, there is still an issue of global acceptance of the technology. This option could however become available in the near future but for now, it's almost impossible or uncommon.

Yes, it would be a proto-super, since my husband and I need to buy an apartment and it would be just perfect to buy it for cryptocurrency. In a couple of years it will be possible to do this, I have already seen such announcements.

I wish I could do the same but I do not have the capital to do it. I am sure, real estate is the best investment. Probably, I will earn more on the cryptocurrencies, and try to buy some small house.
