I don't know what country where you can buy real estate using crypto but the most important thing is you have to convince the seller to accept crypto and it is a very hard thing to do. I think it is better to sell your crypto first then use the money to buy apartment in your country, it need more effort but it is easier and you can choose a good location.

there is no such countries right now, some ICO making it possible but still till you can do such trades much more work must be done, wait 4-5 years and may be you can buy apartment using crypto

Not sure if there a lot of options for buying apartments using cryptos and also it depends mostly on where you are residing and where you plan on buying the apartment in. The only time I have heard about people buying apartments using cryptos was when a couple of guys bought apartments using cryptos but that was in london so maybe look up people who are offering apartments in cryptos in your area

I never heard before but maybe it the owner wants to receive alt coins as payment then its possible. Maybe at the moment will be hard to find such thing like that.

I think there is no such system in any country. payment with altcoin I think a mere transaction. If the land or otherwise of a country has never known about it from the news. Maybe some time again such policy may appear.

I agree that there will be change something new on paying not now but in the future when crypto currencies are totally acceptable in the country. The fast evolving of the technology push for the people to accept what is new and be on the trend since many of us are earning rewards from the bounties.

He should be very careful when trying to use mainly Bitcoin or another crypto to pay for an apartment because those things are not reliable.

Not sure about this but why not check this site: http://bitcoin-realestate.com/ you can buy and sell real estate with your cryptocurrency. Not only it accepts BTC, it also accepts ETH and it says on their home page "Will accept other crypto". Check this article too: http://www.updater.com/blog/real-estate-brokerages-accepting-bitcoin it's mainly about places where BTC is accepted as a payment method.

According to this, there is no platform that allows people to buy land using altcoin. They can only be purchased using currency because real life and the government take the rules about it. we can buy it using altcoin then it will destroy the financial instruments and no country will not happen. So, exchange first and buy later.

I think Germany and Switzerland are two countries that allow people to purchase apartments and villas through payments made in Bitcoins. There may be a lot more, as I am seeing listings in various real-estate sites from countries in the Caribbean and the Pacific.

definitely a country that legalizes payments using altcoin. because not all countries accept transactions using altcoin. but that is if you want to buy land with altcoin. you can search it on the internet.

in my research, there are only 5 countries or cities that accept cryptocurrency to buy a land pr properties and these are the miami,florida,new york,new york .dubai,UAE. lake tahoe, california . bali Indonesia . these are the country that accept cryptocurrency to biy a land. maybe it is a direct cryptocurrency it doesn't need an exchange to fiat or other money to buy land

what do you mean to find what because buy apartment may use Altcoin but for some countries, nobody has received trading using altcoin then from that I think if you want to buy an apartment or land you can exchange your money to your new rupiah buy the apartment
