I always grab opportunities when I see one and with the downtrend in the market, this is a perfect opportunity to get the tokens I have been craving for a very cheap price.
I will never invest in ICO again, no matter how cheap he is, because the two ICOs I invested in February have disappeared!

Right now there aren't good ICOs, because market is down and people don't want to invest in crypto currency!

Whenever i see a good coin plummet and trades at a very low price, i used to feel how i wished i had money to buy at that dip, because it is an opportunity.
So if i eventually have and i there is still the opportunity to buy, then i will not hesitate to do that.

You need to find an outstanding project that you know will succeed. It doesn't have to hit the hardcap but it needs some type of longevity at least until the bear market is over. Then you can wait until the token price rises and enjoy it
Investing in ICO can bring big profits when the market recovers, but it is extremely dangerous to do so now. The number of fraudulent projects has increased and you must have experience to choose the right project. But I prefer to invest in already proven coins that are traded on exchanges and have a finished product.

And I think it's a good sign. Because we can get much more tokens that in a future will give us a bigger profit. For example I took part in DexAge ICO. The price at that moment was $0.006/DXG. And as I can see on all market, the exchange tokens only grow. So, this is one of the reasons to take part in good projects.

Despite the fact that projects reduce the amount collected, investors are reluctant to invest their money. So, with high probability, all new projects can be bought on the exchange at a cheaper price than the ICO. I would be interested to watch the entry of BTT tokens to the market. I think they will be traded much higher than the price of ICO.
I think that there are a lot of scam projects now. And it's really hard to trust somebody in crypto. Of course, I agree with. This strategy is much better than typical holding your altcoins.

yes. ICO is now cheaper because the market is down. but most ICOs have now stopped selling. I found some ICOs who stopped because of this. I will buy ICO when the market is down and of course it is very profitable.
I see that many people complaint when the price of the coins drops, however that makes the ICOs cheaper and they are more likely to gain xMore than just hodling when the market recovers. What would you do to seize the opportunity?
well i did bought a lot of new coins cause i do think that when the market do recovers ill going to gain a lot of profits. I do believe we should be wise before buy any new coins, cause many ico are scam and so many coins not able to survive in the bear market. So check everything before buy the coins, it would safe you. 
Indeed the current reality where low markets will make ICO cheaper, I think in the current red market situation it will be difficult for us to expect profits through ICO, and we should buy coins that are already in the crypto currency market and make daily sales which might be able to generate profits even if only a small profit that we can get.
Best to workout with project who already listed, though the expected profits is much smaller unlike to a successful ico project, but you are not sure if there really progress or if the project will be able to reach the exchange, top 20 alts can give small profits when you buy in the right timing, placing entry and target 5% epr trade would be possible for short term trading.
No the market is just the dictator of the price of the altcoins and bitcoin but the market is not the responsible for the cheap ICOS . the responsible for this is the bounty projects not the market.
Not just ICO but all cryptocurrencies in general. Newbies and people who dont know what crypto and blockchain can really do in our future starts to panic and sell all their holdings but wise investors are waiting for them to sell and buy those cheaper coins and wait for the market to stabilize and boom.
Because they are base to the market. But ICO now is not good to invest even they have cheaper coin or anything.
No, I do not think that prices for developing projects in fiat currency can be cheaper. It seems to me that most people today are still trying to really have good opportunities to improve the climate for investors.
To use this you need to try at least, but it is best to buy coins after they get on the exchange!
