this is the best chance to buy lots of taoken because we know that the market is low on the lower the token value.

Me, too. Naturally, I try to use this situation to get more altcoins for the cheaper prices but I am looking forward to the bull market times. As soon and I have many different alts, I need to get the profits.
I think everyone who has a crypto currency is excited - but the market has already passed a local minimum and in the future, the currency will be expected to grow - unless large sales of crypto currency are repeated.

I'm excited because low price is affordable so I can buy more. Yeah that's true some are worried because their holdings is losing but I think they no need to worry because in few months price will skyrocketing and we get a good profit in the end.
