IMO, this is an advantage or reassuring of course, if the legendary member is a well known and a good manager when it comes to campaign. But for me, its same if the Manager posted is low member rank, Ive joined a signature campaign now which is managed by a low rank member, I'm after the project, not those who handle it. If he screwed up, then there's a place for peple like that. But, I suggest be wary when picking a manager.
yes, legendary members will indeed be very impressed when they bring a project. it will certainly be +1 for those who are interested. will become +2 when they are legendary members with DT1, or trusted. maybe in terms of BM, that project has graduated from the selection. then only need to examine the project more deeply.

It all depends upon the reputation of the member, there were instances in the past when even reputed campaign managers took scam projects and promoted as if they are legitimate projects and then there was lauda and others who were actively weeding out the scams and many were tagged at a later time. You never know what people will do for a few cents and never trust any projects because someone said so.

The difference between a reputed manager here and new manager is the price difference, if a project cannot handle the money to take care the expense of a reputed campaign manager here then you think about their caliber on executing the project and what happens if they see a ton of money and that happened in the past.

Yes, I will. But that's will not be the only point to choose it for investment. When a Legendary member opens a project thread, it means he researched well and found something special to accept the offer. But I will go with my own research, and if I find something good in that project, I will go for it. Because I believe, Don't rely on others in the crypto space, always build your own strategy. It has happened several times that a Legendary member opened a project's discussion thread, but that project failed to impress me!

Will you trust a project that the one that announced it in the announcement thread is a legendary member even though the legendary has announced that he is not part of the team and was just part of the service he offered.

Let me know your thoughts here.

I believe that trust should be earned, that is, the status itself is not particularly important, all the same, the information posted by the participants is important, especially if it is not related to the development team. Of course, you might think that the higher the status the better and more reliable the information, but I would still first study the information and only draw conclusions after that.

not really, it depend who that legendary is .
nowadays, legendary not really trusted like 2016 or 2017.
i have some list who the trusted legendary members on my drive.
if some legendary member create a announcing thread of some project.
and i dont recognize who its is,then i just review by myself what kind of that project.
if i think that quite legit,i joined then, even if it came from member or full.

depending on the account. If they are a legit account then I will trust their project. But if that account was hacked, I would never believe it
You should not trust just because someone's account has a high ranking account when promoting a project, a high or low account does not mean that project Is a good project or not. You need to learn more about the project from the Team, their whitepaper and roadmap.
That is the worst problem on this forum. DT members are tagging this account to protect us before scams. But, in most cases this not happens because fraudsters are very cautios and inventive.  Undecided

Legendary rank does not guarantee whether the announced project is legitimate
there are many legendary members who announce it but still there is definitely a scam project. Try to check their whitepaper, team, and roadmap and after that can only conclude whether the project is legit or not

Neither dose a white paper guarantees anything, the only thing that is worth mentioning about a legendary acct announce a project is that legendary can take precaution to check the authenticity of a project unlike lower rank acct, definitely not a guarantee because there are lots of project announce by legendary but still end up as scam.
it's true you can't give all your trust to someone because of their rank here, although I'm sure their experience is quite a lot but I think it's better to try to re-analyze it yourself. maybe the information can be a reference but you should still do your own analysis

Yes i will be more comfortable supporting a project announce by a legendary member than lower rank account, although that is not a guarantee of the project being legit but it is safe to say that no Legendary will want to risk their account to support a fake project except ofcourse the Legendary could not detect on time that the project is fake, i am sure before a legendary agree to announce a project he/she has done a background check on such project, it is equally important for supporters to do their own research to be sure.
I think so too, the legendary members with a long history of contributions and positive evidence in their profile, that's really a sufficient factor for us to trust them, instead of the other members, agree that the project does not guarantee total reliability but as you said, legendary members rarely take risks when they know the face of the account is symbolic of their level of trust, so the selection of their projects is quite thorough. Plus with our analysis, that project is probably worth taking part in, too many factors to succeed

It does not make any difference, you should always check the project on your own. Legendary member can be a scammer as well, or promote scammers without even knowing that fact, because of the lack of own interest.

prefer to choice legendary than sr. or member. but i ever choice under legend rank because he experienced to be manager.
actually rank is not give big effect on your purpose, but sometimes they more selective than under legend, but it doesnt mean that under legend just take job without thinking that project.

Accounts can easily be bought. It has been encouraged and allowed around here for a long time now

I'm a newbie here but this is really possible considering this forum is very popular for crypto people. I could probably compare it to having a popular endorser for your company or product.

Knowing this forum has strict rules when it comes to ranking, having a legendary member posting your product is like having a thousand reviews and gaining trust from crypto people.

The important thing is trust, because if the team is no longer trusted by investors, then the project will fail, right, you say we have to learn about the project and we have to know the team in what field he has done, the partnership must also exist because the project can support, good concepts, and sales of IEO in large exchanges.

I joined many project  ICO investment and bounty campaign is not depend with who become bounty manager, I check their ICO trust or not with how many investor give good feed back for their coin, many bounty campaign manager trusted but they failed because an ICO is not success full with low interested by investor.
You make a good point but investors feedback and checking ICO trust still doesn't make a project successful or scam free cause those systems can still be manipulated. However, bounty manager rank matter in some occasions and example is Yahoo and Hhampuz all the bounties he handle are totally legit cause they have much in campaign management field but ones still need to do some background check on the project teams,  checking their site host history etc.

Actually the rank of a manager or thread maker does not really affect the final outcome of a project. Because people have started to understand and understand which projects are good or not. They can determine it from the vision or mission of the coin or token, who the developer is, who the partners are, whether innovative, etc. Sometimes the manager or creator of the thread is just looking for income without choosing which projects are good and which projects are bad.

It's a plus point for the project, but we can't trust 100% we need to do more research first.
Since there are many account seller out there which also sell a legendary account
