Huh seems like you found a bug( pretty serious one, as it gives the player the advantage), you should contact the admins on the site, and most probably you will get a bounty for this discovery, good work.

Thats very weird yeah, I think it is rounding issue but with 0.01 hit can be the winner then the house edge for the 9900x bet is lower than 1 % so I think the player is in advantage, but the owner should fix this issue soon. So many dice site has rounding issue too I think
