And your point is? Russia is a Federation. It was actually a federation during the Soviet time - Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, or RSFSR - the least known republic in the Soviet Union.
Or do you want to say that the Western-style Federative structure is crap and USA, Germany, Switzerland should abolish it?

As for constitution, Russian Federation is on a road to strengthening it, which displeases a lot of the Western lobby. §15, for example, says that international obligations, commitments and laws have precedents over Russian national laws. This is detrimental to the country and was, for example, used two years ago by the American transnats to push through a law permitting GMO in Russia. A representative from the American embassy was then present at all Parliamentary hearings, making sure that proper decisions were reached. Russia is well on the way to reverse that trend (anti-GMO laws, that equate GMO to nuclear and chemical waste, that are being passed at the moment are a testament to it). I have a feeling that Russia will say good-bye and good riddance to WTO soon as well.

Still some hard to prove infos but a state like Russia would not compromise itself by presenting false or modified evidences. What Ukraine is doing on the other hand is stupidity and desperation....

No way Russia or the separatists shot it down. Also, Russia has actual satellite photos as PROOF that the plane was downed by the Ukraine government.

A Ukraine military jet was flying nearby the passenger jet at the time it was shot down. WHY?

Also, WHY was the plane routed over 200 miles off its regular course and flown over a hostile warzone with known anti-air activity?!?!?!
