for me crpyto will not collapse but i think this year is not good for crypto because its going down but maybe next year it will rise up alot.

I think it has become their decision to not invest in crypto. as to whether or not the regret of course if seen in the results will be sorry if you don't enjoy a huge profit. But if indeed fear the risks then the regret is a difficult thing to be felt.

Well all of us come to this point that regret and so do i if i join the crypto much more earlier i might get a lot of profits and even more i can buy a mining rig but still i dont have a lot of capital to invest so i am doing bounty

That is true many will regret later on if they do not invest now in the crypto currencies because it may bring bettee earnings for us in the future. Those who will regret are the ones who still doesn’t know about crypto currencies until now and or the ones who are afraid in investing.
I myself regretted for not investing on Bitcoin last year when I had the chance and I still do because I joined the market far later once the price dropped however, since then I have made quite a bit of profit and very content with that.

I think it may take very long but eventually we can see it happen. Paper currency will be substituted by digital fiat currency more and more before people turn into crypto more heavily.
Of course, as many of us regreted not investing in 2013, but that´s life and some people are simply not ready to develop new areas for their money to work with them.
I even thought that I was late to invest on crypto's by late 2015-2016.And the good thing is I decided to invest and I was never too late for it. They still have time and they were never too late for it. Regret today but learn tomorrow and start investing.
