One McDonald's restaurant, in Russia, has said they will start accepting Bitcoin. That's a VERY DIFFERENT THING.

If it true, would be good step forwards when Bitcoins accepting in one of big business such as McDonald.
But anyways this still rumors. We can't predict anything except in 2018, hopes fees for transaction Bitcoins would be more decrease. So many shop and business will start adopt this as payment method.

Well, for any merchant to accept a payment it needs to be faster, on the spot and very stable. This is the characteristic of fiat currency which bitcoin does not have in the first place. The merchants like Mac Donald’s will work on the live payment portal where there transactions are processed immediately (almost) and goes through the visa or MasterCard services. Even the cash memo is entered immediately and updated into the system. This makes their chartered account to manage very easily.
The question is why would they choose bitcoin as payment mode.
If that really happens it must be a big steps for that company well by now so many people knows bitcoin so making those moves by mcdonalds they know people will agree by their decision in fact some of restaurant in other country they accept bitcoin as a payment but if mcdonalds really embrace bitcoin as a payment this will be a huge not only for bitcoin but for all cryptocurrencies.
good to hear that because bitcoin is like BOOM in 2017, and i hope this BOOM will continue in 2018. McDonalds will accept bitcoin because they now that bitcoin is the future, They also accept MatrixCoin in the future because MatrixCoin will soon be the competitor of Bitcoin. I'm focusing more On MatrixCoin because this Coin have some Potential to make incline price graph.
If giants like mc donalds accept it. Btc will have a stable price and it won`t be open too much for speculations. Which is a good sign for traders as they will be able to trade it with less risk.
I think a lot of good news are associated to this news. It is showing some sign of growing acceptability of bitcoin. I have watched a documentary in Japan where it is already being used to pay for food in some restaurants.

It might happen in the near future because many merchants right now are getting interested in Bitcoin. As far as I know, there are already few stores and shops in different countries that accept Bitcoin as payment, so maybe they will gonna follow this trend. But still, it is up to them if they will going to make a thorough analysis and if they will going to allow this kind of payment. So far we already heard a case like this from Amazon and Alibaba, and the crypto community said it's all fake news and just rumors, but whatever it is we all hope and we would want it to happen.

Yes that news only rumors no officially announce from McDonalds, and if this is happen how about the transaction fee, and fee will be the big concern for every merchant who what to use Bitcoin as they payment method.
