If that happen many user of bitcoin will be glad because when we use bitcoin in McDonald it easy for us to make transaction. I also noticed a week ago that Mcdonald will eventually integrate bitcoin in their fees and services. I am excited to see how do it works, we don't need to pay for fiat currency if we have bitcoin wallet. For sure, this will help bitcoin also to maintain its equillibrium because Mcdonals is large fastfood chain and it dominates the world, with that I can simply say that it helps to stabilize the price of bitcoin.

if this will happen its very good for me , cause most of the time i always eat in mcdonald coz in my work there are few fastfood in our area. i hope it will happen someday.

Transfer fees + transaction fees = not a good idea. Unless Bitcoin community will find a way to improve the 2 things mentioned.
I'm not seeing this happening. The fees are so high, the only way I could see thus happening where they would profit, would be to start their own mining so they can push their own transactions in. Is that at all possible?

I think that Bitcoin is so popular that it's quite likely. I would not be surprised if such a large company related to BTC in 2018, and if not yet in the next one. Everything depends on the contract in my opinion.
It's good if the news was real but maybe here in the philippines may not yet accept bitcoin to paid for mcdo because bitcoin here is not yet legalize unlike in other asian country there government already legalize the use of bitcoin. and I will believe it if they will announce it through news here on our country.
