This is a good move for bitcoin in 2018 because many people would actually love and like this idea. This idea is very practical. We all know that there are many people eating in Mcdo and some of it are bitcoiners so in order for them to avoid hassle in transactions they can now use bitcoin as currency in buying.
Woahhh. That was a good idea because we all know that Mcdonald's is one of the main leading fastfood chains. There are many people who are eating in Mcdonald's and I think some of the people of mostly is bitcoin users so if this odea will push, many people will be hassle free in eating in Mcdonalds.

i think if that will be approve it is become cool because some users have bitcoin is not have to paying a money but cause they pay with bitcoin for better transactions that will be a great communication with McDonalds!
It was a very nice idea if they are going to implement the bitcoins payment method on fast food restaurant like mcdonalds. The prices of the goods will decrease because the bitcoins value is high that's why it will be advantage for us consumers.
I think it will not decrease the price because you still have to pay how much it really cost when converted to fiat, or else they're not going to get a good profit. It will only depend on them if they're going to convert it right away to their local currency. I guess when this is implemented it is better to buy when the price of bitcoin is high, it will cost you less bitcoins by then.

Well, this is good news, all people loves eating in fast food chains, and its a great thing that McDonald's will start accepting bitcoin as payment. If I'm hungry and super rush to it something and I don't have a cash, It's very convenient to me to just go at McDonald's and just pay through bitcoins, using only my phone. I'm so excited to see that bitcoin is becoming an alternative payment on our everyday transactions.

Is this true? Well if this happen it would be a great start for the year 2018. Some company will follows like malls, other fast foods company and many more. There are less than 2 weeks left of this year and still nothing is heard. I knew that was nonesense. I think people will adopt bitcoin too quickly then and I want to save more btc before that happens.

Yes this is good to know because it means that mcdonalds is accepting the new currency which is called cryptocurrency regarding bitcoin. Its possible that other fastfood and restaurants will also accepting bitcoin as a new payment. This changes proves that cryptocurrency is being accepted by the society.
While I thinks it's great for bitcoins, there are a couple of things I am worried about:
1. In some cases, the cost of a transaction will exceed cost of a meal
2. If they wait for multiple confirmations, it could be a very lengthy wait for a meal

If we are going to used bitcoin to buy products in McDonalds, is these happenings will open that Bitcoin must have taxes too. It is good for us to use Bitcoin for transaction because it can lessen the waiting time of people and the accommodation per shops will be big since they can entertain many people. BTC has brand thats why it is dominating, but we can see from coinmarketcap.com that its dominance is slowly slipping off from alts, until and if some measures are taken to address this issue.
Have you been paying attention to the news and all? Thats why we ended up with first hard fork and some other ones down the road.... On the bitcoin they are testing LN - lighting network , SegWit curretly it is being tested on bitcoin testnet, Just google it or you might find videos on youtube about it. Thats why some forks (BitcoinCash, BitGold, BitCore etc.) have implemented some things and have working prototypes now, it will take some time for bitcoin to adopt to LN and it may or may not solve the issue, but it can get close to solving it. Wait and see what happens.

Guess when lightning network will implemented this would make more sense.
It would nevertheless accelerate the adoption of cryptocurrencies a lot if McDonalds would decide to accept Bitcoin payments. I guess this would be comparable to Amazon picking up Bitcoin.
