1st, this 3rd world government is just copying 1st world solution, "duterte : we got money, supplies" and then later on.."we are running out of money"
- this is not USA, south korea, italy, france etc.
...not working
This is the phase on where we are now... The problem is the delay, we should be doing preemptive measures, pagkatapos nitong kalamidad na ito, malalaman natin kung saan nagkamali, kung sino ang dapat unang nag react... I don't know kung we are really caught off guard or merong mga nag pabaya since bago ito nakarating sa Pilipinas, sabog na ang balita na merong COVID, and to think na malapit lang tayo sa China, and tourists are flocking here, malaki talaga ang chance na ma punta to dito satin... Dapat They press the button earlier...
We are a poor country, with minimal stock of everything, we cannot stand a pro long quarantine, Dapat rapid ang mass testing, para maka galaw na agad ang economy kahit naka lock lahat ng borders muna, just like nung sinusuggest ng karamihan na modified ECQ...
2nd, martial law, police and military take over..they can be effective to specific areas but not the whole country (citizen to police/military ratio). "virus: i'll be back"
- the question is.. is the 1st part getting solved by this? money? food? supplies?
- good people will become desperate and desperate people will become more desperate.
- this is just a solution by rich scared psychopaths with false sense of security while watching the poor starve.
...will not work
I agree with this... Madaming magugutom talaga and magkakanakawan... Mahina yung galing sa local government, kung meron man delay talaga, how come na in one month 2x lang dumating ang relief nila, in a total of 6 kilos of rice, 3 pieces sardines, 2 pieces wow ulam, 1/4 asukal, 1 nescafe, 3 lucky me... Though they say na relief ito, hindi dapat normal ang pagkain natin but My God!!! ano yun kakain lahat ng 1/4 kilo ng rice a day para mapagkasya sa 1 month ang 6 kilos? in a family of four, 1 kilo a day sakto lang, pano kaya pagkakasyahin yun...
3rd, we are back in the beginning, where people will fend for themselves, a 3rd world country with a 3rd world solution, people make face mask, alcohol, PPE's etc. and make money out of this and not thrown in jails.
- people get creative, improvise, make changes to their lifestyles and change protocols.
- this is their(citizens) fight too, the government agencies, police and military will only have to assist.
remember this is a marathon, not a 100m sprint.
"Back to stone age" tayo niyan, yung mga kabataan ngayon na di marunong mag tanim ng kamote, matututo na ulit, kailangan talaga natin yan, baka mga ilang buwan pa or worst a year or more bago tayo maka balik sa normal...
To all: Mag pack kayo kahit tag kakaunting pagkain, try to assess, karamihan naman ng kakilala niyo malapit sa bahay niyo or may fb, kumustahin, pag nag drama, wag niyo patulan, dalhan niyo na lang ng makakain, wag papansin sa social media, mag ala "batman"...
