- Two weeks after the enactment of (RA)No. 11469 "BAYANIHAN TO HEAL AS ONE ACT
- Concrete report has been made considering the measures of 69 departments, agencies, and Executive branch involved.
- The government prioritizes these 3 measures:
- I. Providing Emergency Assistance to all Affected Sectors
- II. Secure Facilities and Resources for Health Sector and Other Frontliners
- III. Establish Sound Fiscal and Monetary Actions that are Responsive to all Stakeholders
- Providing Emergency Assistance to all Affected Sectors
- Discusses the expansion of 4ps for Low Income Household
- DSWD received PHP 100 Billion out of PHP 200 Billion, upon the request
- The amount of money received would be used to cover the implementation of SAP for 1 month
- Section 4(c)
- Emergency subsidy for 18M low income households
- Subsidy amounts to PHP5,000 to PHP8,000
- Subsidy given may vary on the prevailing regional minimum wages rate

- Expansion of 4ps
- 4ps may come in cash or non-cash transfer directly to LGUs or directly to households who have no incomes
- DSWD turn PHP16,347,295.00 to not less than 3,721,833 beneficiaries of 4ps
- DSWD partnered to LTFRB and LBP for quick, and efficient distribution
- The Sustainable Livelihood Porgram-National Program Management Office undergoes on creating guidelines for the release of LAG
- LAG may come in effect on or before April 14
- LAG may be use as a capital for micro-enterprises
- DAR coordinates with DSWD, DA, DILG to ensure treatments to beneficiaries
- Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries will receive PHP5,000
- LBP paid PHP6,065,483,150.00 for DSWD beneficiaries
- Secure Facilities and Resources for Health Sector and Other Frontliners
- 55 Covid referral hospitals designates for activation
- Every Region have at least 1 hospital ready to accommodate COVID-19 patiens
- Property/Venue for frontliners as quarantine centers, distribution locations, and temporary medical facilties
- DPWH starts to convert Ninoy Aquino Stadium, and World Trade Center into health facilties
- 2GO group agrees to convert ship into quarantine facilities
- 1 time special risk allowance to PHWs for entire ECQ time span
- PCSO approved PHP444,500M to provide financial assistance to 81 beneficiaries hospitals
- DOH with the coordination with RITM and WHO accredits 8 COVID-19 testing laboratories
- 4 in NCR
- DOST deploys 106 units of RxBox
- RxBox is a monitoring device for Covid-19 patients
- RxBox minimizes the contact between healthcare workers and patients
- DFA processed international humanitarian assistance from 4 foreign governments
- Philippine Air Force sets to pick up PPEs from China
- Establish Sound Fiscal and Monetary Actions that are Responsive to all Stakeholders
- IRR directs 30-day grace period of extension for lenders without an interest
- DOF approves loans is not subjected to TAX
- DHSUD declared buyers of lots, and units requires to registered with DHSUD
- Under Section 4(w) states:
- unspent, and unreleased funds must be appropriated to support Covid-19 measures
