Yes that is one kind of method that you can to grow your bitcoin, although it seems like faucets to me because the payout is so little. But you still can earn it through playing games too. Doesnt mean that growing your bitcoin you must use your fund to do trading or gambling. You can also play games like he suggesting to grow your bitcoin too

visit http://coinmarketcap.com/ you can see almost every altcoin that exists.
if you click on any of them that interests you and you want to invest , you can see the price and the markets that they are available in.
for example Dogecoin markets

my preference is bittrex, it is simple, easy to load and has all the coins that i want with decent daily volume.

Cryptsy is a good place, I do believe. You can get just about any altcoin there, though I'm not sure what the purpose is of the myriad ones out and about.

No pump, DMD was never pump and dump coin due to its scarcity and small numbers. I can bet the price ll continue growing, at much slower pace, but still growing. This is the trend DMD Diamond s been showing for the last couple of months. Let us wait and see what happens next.

Im not sure if I really understand your post but, you can try in an exchange site. One of them is Yobit. Check my signature. Plus they have free altcoins too but of course today those free alt coins have low value but still I collecting it because it's free.

Good thing one of the online wallet provider here in my country has an option of buying prepaid loads. I sell them to some of my friends . In my country everyone need prepaids load. Its a basic need now for most of people here.

So aside from signature campaign , fauceting and gambling , I used to sell prepaid loads.
