I am trying to sell, since getting a replacement PSU is impossible.

Just look on ebay for 12V regulated power supply 30A. There are loads of them. You can even get them from Amazon http://www.amazon.com/Universal-Regulated-Switching-Computer-Project/dp/B00ENFBXQS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1403195598&sr=8-1&keywords=12v+regulated+power+supply

If anyone wants a A2 mini, I have one with a busted PSU that working great off a HX1050 PSU that I am trying to sell, since getting a replacement PSU is impossible. Does 29-31MH average @ wafflepool, would be willing to sell it for $3900 shipped anywhere in the US with the HX1050 included.

And if it was just controller board can I have an A2 mini cheap? I can plug them into controller in my existing mini

It will be difficult to get an answer from them.

I already asked a few times whether it is possible to get single blades.
They don't say anything about it, it is just if they don't read what you write.

I also asked whether it is possible to ship with DHL at my expense, no answer either.

I asked how much compensation they have in mind for the 2 weeks delay, no answer.

Now I decided to just sit and wait and see what is going to happen.

At least I hope they will ship the A2 on Monday or Tuesday, maybe when I'm lucky I will have it on Friday next week.

We are definitely not doing well with the replies seems.

I think we do owe the community a reply:

The problem with these batch A2MINI is that manufacture's factory got the wrong resistor on the board, so we have 15 box a2mini sitting in london for 2 weeks and can't be shipped out.

Innosilicon obviously want factory to compensate as it is their fault, but as you can imagine this is mining hardware , not like TV, you just fix it, there are time value associate with these miners.  especially when we promise to compensate you on the mining loss.

and we originally plan to ship them out this week because we thought we could get replacement board and get them ready .

However the replacement board was not sent out to us until early this week due to some internal issues between innosilicon and factory. So, we have to order a new batch A2MINI today and told them they needs to be in London on Monday. so that we can dispatch to our customers.

DHL now has  now picked them up from China and they should be going through China boarder around afternoon today and get on a plane to London probably by midday friday.

DHL doesn't delivery on Sunday, so we will have them by Monday.

this is the plan and we are here, by no means want to hide anything from you. so i will keep update this thread so you all get an idea where we stand.

How did this come to light ? And is it on the controller board or the blade ? Because if it's on the controller board, you could have shipped me a blade a week ago (with 15 sitting there) ?

Thanks for coming on here and clearing that up. Will there be any left to buy from the batch arriving on Monday?

Since I really would like to have a second A2Mini I didn't ask for a refund yet.
They promised that they will let me know today whether it will arrive early next week or not.
When it is not shipped by mid next week I will ask for a refund.

the new A2MINI miners is on their way to London , and if no other issues, should be in London by Monday noon. and we will try to rush it out on Monday , if not possible tuesday.

It's interesting you say that, everywhere I look on the forums, all the GPU miners in Northern Hemisphere are talking about moving to X11 or X13 for the summer because of the heat. We had 29 degrees the other day (pretty much on average as hot as it gets here) and my A2 was perfectly fine. Hopefully they'll all do that and leave the Scrypt coins to us  Grin

Yes, somehow scrypt hashing puts a much heavier burden on the GPU's.

The last few days it is cool over here, about 18 degrees, and it will stay like this for another week.

With the Scyte Ultra Kaze I keep the A2 cool enough, and I have positioned it near an open window to give it some cool air.
I'm thinking about pumping the hot air outside via a hose with a whole house fan of 350 m2/hour, especially when I have the second A2 it will help.

Silverfish seems to need it's own windows software to run, not for me. But otherwise 80 x 55nm chips at 7W each ~560W. Better than Zeus

It is just a matter of time before there will be a patch for the other mining software as well.

Silverfish has a little bit better efficiency than Gridseed, Zeus is twice as bad.

Many of these Zeus miners will die during the summer time when the temperatures are high.

Will make the diff go down!  Grin

Hi guys
I have been thinking of getting a few of there. HURRICANEX3 miners
Has anyone got any / used any.
Any problem I need yo know ?

Find a cool spot with lots of power  Grin

So they use a lot of power then ?
I have a 1000w psu will that be ok to run 2 of them?
It's a gold rated psu
It ran 2 antminer s1's without any problems

That is cutting it close... To close IMO. They pull ~460watts each at normal clock. So 600watt PSU each would be best.

Hmm I might just as well get 6 gridseed blades then

Also interesting is the new Silverfish miner. Cheaper as the A2Mini, and half the power draw of Zeus.
