I like to ask how much you can make of 0.3bitcoin after a year if u work hard in trading? I understand how it could take some times for a good turn over in an investment. But for a trade with flipping and ICO investment
ICO investments is good because you will surely have that altcoin in a cheap amounts and who doesn't even k ow how much will it be when release on the market it is really a big advantage .
For 0.3 for a year ,it will surely more than 2btc a year especially if you know to have some good trades as well as both short term and long trading.
Thank you. If you can make 2 btc out of 0.3 in a year. It will help me in making projections.

Well yeah but depends on the ICO that you are going to join because there are some ICO's that are not serious about their projects and they just want to get some profit out of their investors and later on they won't develop the coin that they have offered. This is just easy, learn to study first before joining and start trading.

If I were you and willing to do some trading on Bitcoin's price, I'd better head to some automated platform that allows me to open and close an order in a few seconds.

Trading in altcoins can be started even at 0.001btc but that kind of trading doesnt worth any think, the minimum amount i say should be 0.25btc reserved for that. Its not neccessary to use them all at once, must that much must be in reserve.
I think even 0.1 btc would be sufficient. In fact there is no minimum amount needed for trading but if you want to make big, invest big but you should be able to afford the risk also

0.25  is actually just  too much for a newcomers to trading job,0.001 is quite effective if you can manage to always making profit and the fees doesn't matter at this time, otherwise still better to save money and gain more to start with higher balance but there's nothing wrong to start with 0.001
how can 0.25 too much to start trading? i guess it is a reasonable amount ,
you can not expect anything if you start trading with 0.001 lol ,
even 0.25 for most trader are still very little capital ,
you need to take a risk even you are a newcomer it is the important thing in trading.

i am start trading with 0.001 and i only buy altcoin with small price in under 50 satoshi and suddenly i have my luck that altcoin is getting jump for the price until reach about 200-300 satoshi and i can make much of bitcoin for that. so don't under estimated if 0.001 can make much of bitcoin  Grin

i do that too, start trading at 0.001 (small investment especially on ICO at yobit or if I happen to see a pump on a coin happening)  then mostly i buy those at 1 sat LOL.  It is a gamble in my part because of the very big chance of that coin becoming worthless.  Well at least with that amount im not bagholding huge number of coins.  Then if 50% profit is seen i sold all of it then buy at the same price with the profit and keeping my initial investment safe.
Do it just for fun or your way to learn how to trade, with 0.001 that will not affect your so much financially when you fail but the learning you get is very valuable, time will come you will learn and improve your knowledge and that is the time to put bigger money to trade.

i agree with you if you invest your money in big amount in trading then surely you will be get a big profit from trading and if you invest your money in low amount then you will be get a low price .
It is normal because profit will be proportional to amount invested or being used for trading.
You do not expected  Mr A to invest 10BTC and Mr B 5BTC and they all make the same profit, that is verry unusual because profit is always going to be proportional to amount invested and also in other wards risked.

even with 0.001 bitcoin you can make a good profit out of it if you can manage to always get profit,it's indeed will be cut off by the fees but only small percents so it's not going to be a problem,it's worth trying to be honest
Certain exchanges indeed allow you to buy and sell with amounts as low as 0.001BTC, but this is an amount only used by people that are either new to trading, or people that put it into what seems to be a dead altcoin in the hope that it explodes in value.

You can have some decent luck a few times, but you can't constantly depend on luck when you try to multiply such a low amount. It's a waste of time and effort.

For a starter its better to start for that amount so they can experience the real tradings on there barehands and so if they lose they will not get hurt so badly since the amount they are risking for their practice mode is little enough that they might not notice,

But i'd really agree for your thoughs about having an high capital is a must since we totally earn huge profits for having a high capital in tradings.
Yup, the High investment will give big profit, but it involves significant risk also. So before doing high amount trading, you should check twice. And I think altcoin trading is easy and it will give more profit.
knowing what would be the risk needs to be review since alt coin trading really gives big chances of earning good profits but the fluctuation itself really needed to be studied as we are using our money we needed to make sure that it was invested in a good project so whether using big or small investment we still needed to know the fundamentals of trading.

I will be using LocalBitcoins, if I have 0.5 BTC I can sell up to 85% of that in my own advert then the rest on another person's advert. Is there a way to make a profit this way? Or is 0.5 simply not enough to start with?

you can start trading even with 0.01 but your profits would be too small, so a .5 is a nice amount, just dont put all your eggs in the same basket.., and have patience
as it is his new start in the trade so now he do not need to think about the profit but he have to start the trade and have to train and check himself and when he is confirmed that he can do trade and can earn then he have to invest more money in trade.
Everyone should start a small amount of money when new in trading and that should be strictly followed by everyone, in trading what makes us successful is our knowledge, skills and experience so as newbie we do not have that all factors to work together yet so start small.

Starting with small amount of investment , it is safe to trade but the drawback is that you wont be able to get a lot of profit with small investments.
If you are not a Newbie in trading, go with the maximum amount you can afford to trade.
Yeah you are right that anyone can not get a big profit in trade form low investment if you invest in high amount then i also sure you get a big profit in trading and there is a lot of people are investing in huge amount and they get a huge amount profit with easily.
i agree with you if you invest your money in big amount in trading then surely you will be get a big profit from trading and if you invest your money in low amount then you will be get a low price .
