I have now 26304 Total shares and 30 Rejected at 136:32 h is this a normal amount of rejected shares or how can i fix it ?

That is wayyy below 1% rejected. Nothing to worry about.

I don't understand, I'm not interested in ethereum or zcash, why don't you make a list of coins and/or algorithms supported in your OS? This is the first and most important thing to know.

EDIT: I've just visited your website and couldn't find this info anywhere.  Huh

Hi Tytanik,

First of all: great work!
As a semi-linux-noob I would like to know if it is possible to set up a SSH connection (easy part) en read the output of the miner.
I know I can open the site en read the console but I'd like to read it in a PuTTy window.

Start you SSH client, log on your miner f.e. ssh [email protected] password is "miner", then list screen sessions "screen -ls" it will show screen session ID of your working miner, just use screen -x ID.

1.

2.

Hope it works on Putty in same way.

I get No Sockets found in /var/run/screen/S-root.  Sad
The way I do this is:
Login with user: miner pass: miner
screen -r miner

On the overclocking screen the text says: "core - you can set value in MHz for example 1100 or for each gpu 1000,1100,1050" and "memory - value in MHz. example 1850 or for each gpu 1850,1800,1790"
When I do that I get an error on initializing the OC settings: integer expression expected.

So... it is not true or I'm doing something wrong. What is it?

Question #1 how many cards in your rig?
Question # 2 what cards are they? [brand 4gb vs 8gb, did you bios mod?] etc?

Only input numbers nothing else.

For Example: I have 6 cards in my Rig first 4 are RX 570 and last 2 are RX 580
so I set the core speed at 1150 for all 6
& 1950 memory speed for firs 4 and #6 but 1750mhz for #5 [as it gives me error when i push it higher than that]

Hope that helps.

If you have 4 cards only input 4 numbers on OC settings.

DevFee: stop mining and disconnect

you are paying a fee to the mining software developer.   my guess is claymore miner is the mining software.

Yes I know I pay a 1% fee for claymore but why does it say "stop mining and disconnect"?

for single mining every hour it connects and mines on behalf of the claymore author for 36 seconds.
the message you see is for "Start mining and disconnect mining" is because it is mining under claymores wallet for 36seconds.

in my case.... usually when you leave a blank on these fields you get that error.

try 6 core, 0 mem, powerstage=0

hello, i tried r-v1081 image with r7 370 cards. but i have a problem. from vga output monitor stops screening when desktop gui app starting. i tried from hdmi-d output, desktop gui started but after a few seconds (15-20sec) monitor stops screening again.
mobo ga-970dsp and working smooth with rx image on my other rig.

I don't think R7 series is supported.

Here is info from main page of the site under requirements.

Any Drive (HDD,SSD or Pendrive) that can be erased
GPU Radeon AMD R9 200/300 / RX400 / RX500
DHCP (auto ip assigning)

I have 2 rigs with 4 x R7-370 3Gb running Optiminer v1.7 mining ZEC, on smOS using the "R" image.
Motherboard Biostar Racing GT7, 4gb RAM.
Very soon, I will retiring these R7s and replacing them with 1080ti because the R7-370 although rock solid cool performer... its the lowest hashing card in the farm and occupying precious slots.

Hi there, i have a rig with 5 rx 470 4gb and 6 rx 480 with 8gb (gigabyte g1).

I have a problem every 1 hour running the rx 470 4GB rig or sometimes even less.

in the first run it shows at generating DAG file that have 4096 MB of memory in GPU for write and use.

after 2 hours of running, for some reason claymore reboots this is normal that random crashes, but when it try to mine again shows only 1920 or less MB of memory available for DAG, and because that the common cannot write DAG file problem.

there is a way or a command or something that is missing to free those 4GB of ram available for dag file between every reboot?

i saw that some people add virtual memory, i added 8GB of physical memory to the rig, also created a swap partition, and nothing... also i am using the z270 chipset i tried the simplemining 8gb and 16gb version and same... tried with 6 gpus, 5 gpus, undervolts, but at some point when it restart at some time it looks like it were eating gpu available memory and not releasing them....

i tried to search about this stuff on internet but dag errors are only on 2gb ram or less vga's issue not rx 470 issue...

the rx 480 nitro+ 8gb had no issues...

because this i am thinking to switch to windows, and see if this fixes or at least i know that can be fixed with virtual memory..

#1 the reason for restarts is you are pushing your GPUs too far.
I have 1 RX 580 that when OC it to 1950/1150 mem clock/core clock it would crash after 25 min restarting the rig. I underclocked it to 1750/1150 and rig is stable.
#2 I see you are doing dual mining trying single mining like ethereum only as oppose to ether + Sia and see if that fixes the issue.
#3 have you tried the following Image? https://simplemining.net/download/

[   ]   simpleminer-RX-v1093-4.11.rc8-16.60-enableexe0ANDips0.imgc   2017-04-29 20:25   1.0G
[X]   simpleminer-RX-v1093-4.11.rc8-16.60-enablerc60.imgc   2017-04-29 20:28   1.0G

for me the second one works stable. on Z270 I have Asus Prime - AR Z270 Motherboard and i am using simpleminer-RX-v1093-4.11.rc8-16.60-enablerc60.imgc image.

the gigabyte g1 have Hynix memory and have another rig with a biostar b85 mother working without that issue at the same clock / mem speed, those rx 470 from gigabyte all of them are Hynix, they are awesome.

its a chipset related issue or risers i think, so now i am mining with 3 gpu only with 1150 /1650 to see if its stable, i will start adding cards with intervals of 6 hours to check it might be a faulty riser too for what i readed i think.

i've been using the first one, downloading the second one now for test it.

thanks for the reply i will kept u updated because maybe other people in the community might have the same issue now or later.

I am glad to hear you are liking your Gigabyte products in my personal experience i have sent back 3 Gigabyte RX 570 and thinking of sending another 1 back they are just bad card or just my luck.

last rig i built i used 4 different motherboards 10 different riser/cable combos couldn't figure out to save my life what was wrong with it. I kept updating bios doing changes swapping card modding them and unmodding them to factory stock bios.
Eventually after a lot of elimination it was 1 Gigabyte RX 580 card that was funky as soon as i eliminated that one Rig is stable. In all honesty i spent over $500 worth of part swapping out and 30+ hours and in the end it was that 1 Gigabyte RX 580.

edit at ty

I have two accounts I was checking out both one has a

68 dollar balance 2 rigs at 4 dollar a month fee.

the other has a 9 dollar balance   1 rig at a 2 dollar a month fee

I did a few donations to pre pay the two accounts.

so I assume the balance of 68 is a credit
and the balance of 9 is a credit due to the donations I have made correct?

Also how long before I can order an srr model 2. thanks phil

Instead of doing it by the ID since that always changes you can just do screen -x miner instead.

That's the real tip. Thanks.
