Hi

It give me

with new kernel some of GPU not work
I return to old version

Too much OC.
Look How much MHz you have in memory.

I'm testing RX1056 with beta kernel 4.10 rc3 and sgminer-gm (xmr). There's a ~1% performance increase. 2840 -> 2870 Kh/s (4x rx480).

It's getting better, >2890kh/s, but also 15W more at the wall  Undecided

I tested one rig on Linux Kernel 4.10rc3. The kernel update was installed without problems and booted.

I got a 3% performance fall down on rig. What can i do? (6 * RX470 8GB Nitro+ / claymore-zec)

and

I have a question about remote control via ssh from my computer. How i can track the screen on my ssh? i logon with miner user successfully.
when you will login as miner:
login: miner
root: miner

then just enter:
screen -x

ME and many other people have performance increase.
For example RX470 26,4 MH at 1080core  1944 memory (power save)
Before it was about 25MH/s. Ofcourse on custom bios.

4x480s, 5x480s, 6x480s and Pandaminer 8x480Ms, all custom roms, hitting new highs; not much but I dont mind the extra 200-300 hash per card, on sgminer-gm v5.5.5 mining XMR.
Pandaminer with SimpleMining OS? It works OK without modifications?

Replaced the Win10-Ent on the msata SSD with SM and biz as usual.

The 480Ms ROMS were pre-modded by Pandaminer.

I have one Pandaminer so I know their Chinese Win :-)
and hashrate under Simplemining? - eth/zec/xmr
My Pandaminer with Chinese Win10 for all 8xRX480 cards: 231MHash ETH, 2040h/s ZEC and aprox. 5850 XMR (all Claymore SW)

You can review the many ETH/ZEC/XMR tests done by philipma, Eliovp and others in the Pandaminer thread.

My current Panda is running 24x7 Monero only.

sgminer-gm v5.5.5, XMR touches 6k++

UPDATE 1056:
- hover "Version" to see current Linux kernel version
- hover on "STATUS" to see rig UPTIME time since last reboot
- BETA button with new beta test options - this time its kernel upgrade which gives 2-7% performance boost and OC fix.

I'm not seeing any performance increase at all mining Eth. Using a collection of RX480s across a couple of rigs. Literally 0% change. Thought this would finally see your setup matching Windows for mining speed Sad

I first upgraded to 4.10 rc4, for which there was no change. Going back to 4.10 rc3, still no change.

Was this speedup for Eth?

Important note:

If anybody upgraded already to kernel 4.10 rc4 then please do upgrade once again Smiley
For some reason rc4 is worse (158 MH -> 151 MH)
So please do the upgrade again and now it will install rc3 which is ok Smiley

UPDATE 1055:
- sgminer-gm updated to 5.5.5
When your rig is updated to 1055, you need to reload/restart rig in order to start using new sgminer-gm version.
