have really enjoyed the current lineup of games

have seen that "Pyramid" advertised on the front page for a while, can you elaborate more on what the game entails and when we can look forward to playing it?

Yeah, sure. We actually fully completed construction of that game nearly a month ago but we have not deployed it yet. At this stage, we figure it's best to hold off on releasing new games and products until our 2.0 site is finished. The 2.0 will come with a huge new set of features from mobile web compatibility, a few new games and many other things.

I can't say too much about the Pyramid game yet other than it's one of our attempts at creating high quality AI resistant skill gaming. Between that and Castle Royale, hopefully there will be a lot of players to engage with on the website Smiley

I'm trying to withdraw and it says "transfer is not available at this time"

I'm not sure if this impacted you or not in this specific case, but withdrawals require at least 3-4 confirmations presently. So if you try to withdraw too quickly, you may get this error message. Either way, you should be good to go by now I'd imagine.

Good point. So far though, I'd say mostly good. There's been very few complaints and we are progressing forward quite well. I hope to share some things here soon enough.

There was a pretty nice article written about us recently I'll share here for those interested in reading:

People do not realize this but I worked with casinos before and I know the inside works and there are so many idiots gambling (not everyone, just the few rotten eggs) that they seriously need some sort of notifications about everything and I mean EVERYTHING, so this deposit address thing must be something similar, it is like saying to someone "do not try to touch fire, it will burn you" because if you don't tell them that, they will try to touch and blame it on you.

I had to literally write a whole blog post about how if you lose money while gambling and consent to risks of gambling and there is no provably fair wrongdoing going on, you justifiably lost your money and can't retrieve it back, you know why? Because some people literally wanted to claim their money back for losing saying they didn't know money would be gone "forever", that is probably less than 1% of all gamblers but there are some morons out there.

Yes, I'd go so far as to say though that it's not something specific to casinos but rather the internet or the world at large. Suffice to say, the interests of our players are always the first priority when it comes to any design, features or ongoing development. If something as dramatic as a wallet shift were to happen, it wouldn't be rushed nor negligent.
Yeah online world has a lot of ignorant and moron people but if you run a website that is let's say article based mostly, you don't worry about them, you could worry about them not agreeing to a fact which I know sounds weird, how could anyone not agree with a fact?

But, that happens more often than we would like to imagine, however there is no money involved, you make your money from ads and stuff. Yet on gambling there is money involved, so all those idiots that literally ignore facts and think those are wrong?

Well, they come here and don't even realize what house edge is and gamble thinking they will definitely win if they are brave enough or something stupid like that and are usually shocked when they lose and want their money back. If you are a newspaper, all they can do is disagree, when you are a casino they want money in return which is the whole problem casinos face. Same people, different needs.

I am curious about your BTC deposit terms, no idea if this was mentioned before but its regarding this

Quote
Deposit addresses are valid for at least 2 months, but should be changed for each deposit.
Deposits sent to incorrect addresses cannot be recovered and will not be attributed to your account

I typically like to reuse deposit addresses because I feel more confident making a larger deposit to the same address rather than making a large deposit to an address I've never sent it to before and it not appearing. Basically I usually make a small deposit and if it arrives, I make a larger deposit.

Also for phishing reasons I just like to re-send to the same address I've sent in the past because I know that address will work instead of using a new address. So I am curious if after 2 months whether the deposits will be lost? Usually most sites let you reuse the same address until forever.

The longer and more complete answer is this:
All addresses will likely be valid much longer than 2 months. And if they were to ever be invalidated, there would be a very long and drawn out notice system warning users of the upcoming switch. And even still, if deposits were made to their old addresses, they would still be retrievable, but would have to be sorted by us manually via e-mail. Ultimately, I wouldn't worry too much about this one way or the other because you'll either realize the upcoming situation or someone will be able to take care of you.

It was a browser issue, i was using the same browser for a long time and suddenly it stopped working and Bryce was helpful enough to see my issue and so does Yahoo and i was able to withdraw using another browser.
Once again thank you and advanced Happy New year everyone.

I'm glad everything has worked out in the end. Apologies that it took some days for a response to come through. Happy New Year to you, too! Smiley
Oh that's great. It was odd to think that it was only you that experienced that problem anyway it's all good now and no need to worry anymore. Happy new year everyone.

^If we look at the earlier replies on this thread then we can witness how much the site has been developed over months that is the good thing for any project to get succeeded.Speed looks little bit slow while comparing other sites but it feels great now with the animations. And also I remembered there will be new games were getting designed so I am awaiting for them to roll over.
I have no issues with the speed, as long as there's a loading animation and it's loading properly and it is not that really a long wait at all.

What a year it has been for mintdice in 2019, in 2018 it wasn't even a thing, I am not sure as this topic was created on June 7 so I do assume this website was created in 2019 and pretty recently as well, just a 6-7 month old casino. From that to a website that will move to mobile development since people use it on their phones as well and a 45+ page topic and a lot of community behind it is just a marvelous achievement. Not gonna lie if I was asked is it possible to become this loved and good in 6 months I would have said no and said it would be impossible but Mintdice pulled it off like it was nothing important. Thank you for all the feedbacks listened and all the changes that were made for us, I wish 2020 is better for you guys.

Thanks a lot for the comment and the nice wishes! Smiley

Weird, I have never experienced such issue while requesting withdrawal. My last withdrawal was two days ago if I remember it correctly, it was working fine and it was processed instantly like usual. Not really sure what is happening with your withdrawal, what browser did youuse when this issue happened? As it looks like a browser issue imo.

Altcoins have always been in the plans, it's just all to do with priorities of development. We're mostly focused on a new platform with mobile stuff, so altcoin integration has taken a back seat. But with time, yes. The coins will be all segregated so there won't be any issues with respect to calculating investment profits.
Honestly as long as there is a good roadmap on the works here, I don't care what the ranking is for the altcoins or new games or whatever.

If you guys think mobile is more important (and considering you said 50% of the traffic comes from mobile, that sounds VERY important) you can work on mobile first, but to know that altcoins, investments of altcoins, new games and many more are in the road map for the website and they will be done due time, that is good enough for me.

Like mentioned before, we all want all of these even tho some other websites have it not because we want a competitive website, but because we like this place more than the others and we want to make sure the website we love is caught up with others in tech terms as well. No other place ever gives us the chance for a feedback like you guys do so I want this place to be the best casino with highest number of active gamblers in crypto world.

I'm not sure what the issue is. I personally don't manage anything to do with the backend / withdrawals / deposits or operations in general. But the withdrawal queue has been clean/empty each time I've checked it (meaning everyone has been paid out that has requested anything that went into the manual queue).
My coins are not in the queue either, when i press the submit button in the withdrawal menu nothing happens and that is the problem i am facing in the past few days, i thought because of holiday season there is a delay in withdrawal.

I also don't know what your account name is so I can't really sleuth anything that way. So I'm not really sure what your issue is. Really, in general, these problems are better suited via e-mail than here for personal matters which you can do with [email protected].
My account is Ene1980 in the site too and i have contacted the support team through the mail ID you provided. Thank you for the response.

Dont underestimate how many people use and prefer mobile to desktop versions. We made that mistake, too, with our site at the beginning. Nowadays its like 15 : 85 in favour of our mobile version, leading to the fact that we ve shifted development resources from the desktop to the mobile version.
No no, that's not my idea, i mean web version should be release before mobile version, because you can still access the web version via your mobile phone with some browsers like chrome, contrary is not. You cannot use a computer to use mobile applications without emulating applications, which will be more difficult and time consuming. But anyway, the mobile version is still needed  Cheesy
Apart from development of the mindiice in various versions, I like to know; will there be any new development for newer games? and any near future plan of adding more altcoins? I can sort of understand that having different alts AND investment is difficult because it is hard to calculate the wins/losses and report to people who only invested bitcoin while gamblers keep losing or winning in many different coins but at the same time if you add more and more coins (and not just few, I mean a lot) that would mean there is a potential to bring in even more users which investors will love.

Plus, adding more games means there is a chance of getting more users once again and that is awesome for investors too. All in all those two additions should be following the mobile version development very closely I hope.

It's okay, just give them time. It's holidays so obviously they're on vacation or somewhere spending the Christmas or holiday season with their family. They'll refill it as soon as possible, it seems that others haven't posted about this problem and I can't checked it since I'm away from my personal device.
Could you recheck if it's okay now?
I am yet to hear from anyone representing the team, i contacted their telegram channel and i did not see anyone from the team contacting me, i am yet unable to withdraw the money and i am not seeing anyone else having an issue either as i am the only one complaining about it and hence i am confused about what is going on, i hope i could hear from the team here.
