The design looks great but the sidebar menu looks it kinda need more styling, i dont know if its just me but im using android, so maybe its different in a desktop browser.

Sadly, the site isn't ready yet for android but you could make it more responsive i think the functions will work the same.

Also could you add blackjack or betting games for sport games

Hey Sadlife, welcome Smiley
It is getting completely restyled and mobile ready... Ideally our plan is to launch this 2.0 product in May if all goes to plan but no promises.

As far as games, at that same time point in May with the 2.0 redesign we plan to launch sports betting. Blackjack is not on the immediate time horizon but hasn't been ruled out either, but I'd suspect that at the earliest that would come 2-3 years from now so don't hold your breath Wink

I guess it's way more better to put an option to turn the sounds on and off, that's more appropriate here IMO. By the way, am I the only one experiencing this but whenever I open the site it's took a little longer to open up?
Probably it's only you, I've tried to access and I have no problem logging in quickly. Might also be the problem with your ISP so check it out. The site loads well and quick on my side so check those possibilities regarding your network.
I always had these loading issue and its just not only the issue of mintdice most of the gambling sites needs 5 or more seconds to load up even if you got high speed internet nd this will only occurs when you login to their wiebsite.
What browser do you use? have you tried using another browser to check if this is just an issue of browser or it's really mintdice and the other casinos that you're logging in? Because on my side, I'm not experiencing this issue so do with other casinos too.
Tried few browsers and the condition is still the same,I don't think this has anything to do with the browser, its just from the website which takes like 5 or more seconds to get loads up but not having any issues once the website opened up which switching the tabs or games.

There have been some lag issues, this had to do with two major things, dealing with a faucet abuser (with cloudflare) and also improving our sockets. Hopefully both are at least better taken care of now than before. If there continues to be some lag please report it here and if possible be specific and we'll try to fix/improve it.

On a future update we'll default to keeping the sounds on and the music off, with the option for anyone to turn the music back on.

We also recently were featured in a MorningStar article:

^If we look at the earlier replies on this thread then we can witness how much the site has been developed over months that is the good thing for any project to get succeeded.Speed looks little bit slow while comparing other sites but it feels great now with the animations. And also I remembered there will be new games were getting designed so I am awaiting for them to roll over.

Would you prefer it if the sounds were disabled from the start on all games and we gave people the option to enable them? I've thought about doing some A/B testing or just turning them off, but I'm not really sure what people prefer.
No sound in default is also good option to resolve this issue and anyone who wants the sounds and music can turn it on easily because its just on the dice scree itself as big icon.

In my opinion, how if there is a notification message while opening the game? Message which ask players whether they want to enable/disable sound or not on the game. If it is a bit complicated to add then giving an option to disable and enable the sound is enough like what we usually see in most other gambling sites.
From usability-perspectives I would prefer this solution, too. But it is way harder to implement than switching the sounds off per default Wink
Anyways, I would prefer an opt-in for new features, meaning that a user has to explicitly turn on sounds if he/she wants to have them. For existing features I wouldnt touch the default settings, otherwise you may get complains that something isnt working what was already working before.
If we are going to give feedbacks on anything I know website is going through a whole change so might as well put it out there; I think adding new games could be life changing for the website, notification sounds should definitely be disabled as default and maybe disable the "music" thing as well because notification sound is not that bad but the music is really ... not needed? I mean is there a reason to have "music" in a casino?

I feel like we can pick our own songs to listen if we want to from like spotify while we gamble. So the only thing would be removing the music part and adding newer games if I had to give a feedback, that looks like the only things I can think of, we all know there is already an overhaul process going on so maybe we can give better feedbacks after that.

yes some casinos offline have a music that plays on the background  , this adds to ambiance  so that gamblers can relax and have a good mood while playing a gambling but these musics are soft of course  . online casinos tend to copy what we saw/hear offline but what is good online is that you have the ability to disable them and play your own music instead  . alot of online casino sites have the option to turn or off the music or sounds because it can be annoying to some  .

Yes generally physical casinos need usually some type of music or live entertainment. I think one of the reasons is due to all those slot machines noises which can drive a person nuts if they keep hearing it over and over again, if you ever frequent a casino you know exactly what noises we are talking about.

Hence casinos generally have some form of jazz or or blues music since that appeals to most people. They don't want to play rap or heavy metal when many might not like that. But casinos usually on a weekend have some form of live entertainment such as a band.

This is to create a mood so the gambler can enjoy himself. If it was pure quiet then it would be depressing and most people would just quit and go home.

I think you can just put an option for all players to turn it off or on. As I've said with that old post that I've made, I have no issues with it and I'm not that sensitive when it comes to this matter.
But like what we understand, not all gamblers have this kind of likes.

Your idea sounds good too. If that's a simple notification that wouldn't just pop up, then I think it's fine and not annoying but if it's completely popping out, I think many will dislike it. This is just us and if it's really needed to add those options, it's up to skilzz and team.

This casino has been around less than 1 year now and you are moving towards a new 2.0 version where the website will be better, mobile will be better, there will be new games and new features as well already, that is literally being a workaholic Cheesy.

Should we notify people you are close to and let them know that you have been working too hard and need some off time and make them take you out a night to have some fun to get all of this out of your head? I mean you do look like you might need a break and a vacation after all these awful long hours and works you have been putting into the game.

Hiring a PR person is certainly a great way to start but by the looks of it you are still around and still making rounds checking feedback and answering questions as well, the whole purpose of PR person is to make your weight lighter. All jokes aside we appreciate what you do for this website and for the gamblers of it, thank you so much for caring about us all.
