I am yet to hear from anyone representing the team, i contacted their telegram channel and i did not see anyone from the team contacting me, i am yet unable to withdraw the money and i am not seeing anyone else having an issue either as i am the only one complaining about it and hence i am confused about what is going on, i hope i could hear from the team here.
When in doubt send PM's as they at least get sent to an inbox which sometimes gets better recognition. You can try theskillzdatklls as the CEO they can provide you with insight and while they may miss the comment I'm sure they would respond to a PM. I don't follow their TG group or anything so I can't speak much to that. I would probably also include MintDiceSara in the PM. Kudos to you for being patient it's rare to see these days.

Bitcoin = Financial freedom

MintDiceSara, seems to be offline since Dec 20 so they are on long vacation for this Christmas but as a growing gambling site they should have some bank up for responding the issues like these or people might look for another site if they got annoyed with these long time to get a response.

It's okay, just give them time. It's holidays so obviously they're on vacation or somewhere spending the Christmas or holiday season with their family. They'll refill it as soon as possible, it seems that others haven't posted about this problem and I can't checked it since I'm away from my personal device.
Could you recheck if it's okay now?

Dont underestimate how many people use and prefer mobile to desktop versions. We made that mistake, too, with our site at the beginning. Nowadays its like 15 : 85 in favour of our mobile version, leading to the fact that we ve shifted development resources from the desktop to the mobile version.
No no, that's not my idea, i mean web version should be release before mobile version, because you can still access the web version via your mobile phone with some browsers like chrome, contrary is not. You cannot use a computer to use mobile applications without emulating applications, which will be more difficult and time consuming. But anyway, the mobile version is still needed  Cheesy
Apart from development of the mindiice in various versions, I like to know; will there be any new development for newer games? and any near future plan of adding more altcoins? I can sort of understand that having different alts AND investment is difficult because it is hard to calculate the wins/losses and report to people who only invested bitcoin while gamblers keep losing or winning in many different coins but at the same time if you add more and more coins (and not just few, I mean a lot) that would mean there is a potential to bring in even more users which investors will love.

Plus, adding more games means there is a chance of getting more users once again and that is awesome for investors too. All in all those two additions should be following the mobile version development very closely I hope.

Ene: I wouldn't sweat it too hard. I've had to wait a few hours before for a larger amount, but have always received same day. I also think it is still morning time for the MintDice team, so they should rectify things once they wake up Smiley

Possibly, its happening because of holiday time since we know that mintdice is processing all the withdrawals manually.Wait for few more hours hope the transaction will be proceeded.
I too understand that but i posted to get a response from someone about the situation, i contacted them in telegram but i am yet to get a response from anyone and since this is holiday time i am sure the wallet will filled when they are back.

I don't think the reasons why he cannog able to withdraw to mintdice is because of the holiday but maybe they have some technical problems and for sure the team of mintdice will fix it fast so just wait and try again later and tell us if it's work.
I do not think that it is a technical issue rather the hot wallet will be empty and since it is holiday season it is taking time to refill that and once they come online they might refill the wallet.

Mintdice.com operates illegal without valid license because the usage right contract between Prism Sentinel N.V. and 365/JAZ license holder is invalid because the key terms and conditions "under its supervision and responsibility" are intentionally not fulfilled!

I think it is just something to meet the needs of the user to the fullest. You know, each customer has a different interest, while you can't prioritize one customer over the other. So it is best to meet the requirements of all. It can be difficult, but by prioritizing one request first, other requests can be made in the future. And obviously, the web version is always preferred over the mobile application.

About half of the traffic that enters MintDice is mobile traffic. So it's definitely important. Now how important mobile traffic is relative to desktop traffic is an entirely different discussion in and of itself. But either way, it's a problem we are taking very seriously that we hope to have a good answer to as soon as we can get it all developed.
I honestly didn't know the half of the traffic came from mobile phones, if that is the case then a mobile phone app or at least the optimized to mobile version of the PC version is a very very important thing to deal with. I was thinking mobile must be something like 10% of the total visitors, not half of it. Is this the same rate for all websites?

I mean I know many of the big places don't have a proper app or a mobile version and they are bigger than mintdice (for now, mintdice keeps growing while they stay the same) and if that is the case the mobile version could help mintdice get much more people to gamble here since the other "big" places lacks the effort for the mobile versions of their games. In any case, I love how theskillzdatklls cares about what people want, one of the most important things from a casino.
Mobile version will give much better user experience than pinching in and out for every bets and changing bet amount and also chances of making errors will be lot less so potentially it will attract more users hopefully but the important reason should be making their current existing mobile users to stay with their website. Doesn't it all depend on what the website is about for example? I mean sure in gambling mobile could be something very important, on any news websites or maybe even shopping etc etc mobile is very important, nowadays there are less people spending time in front of a computer and spend more time on their mobile phones so I can understand why mobile is getting bigger and bigger.

However, if you build a website that is like a kongregate game just to give an example, mobile people will play their own games, kongregate people will play on PC (requires flash too) that is just one thing I can think of, there must be a million reasons why one website is mainly PC and not mobile, definitely plausible. Mintdice apparently have a lot of mobile users so I understand why they are moving some sources to mobile.

Ok got it, we are in the same boat Wink

I think so, yes. Mobile versions become more and more important. The younger your visitors are the more likely it is that they use their phone to access your site. This is very important to keep in mind if you want to expand your business, too. You should make it as easy as possible for consumers to visit your site, an enhanced mobile version of your site is therefore mandatory.

www.Crypto.Games: Multiple coins, multiple games
I remember back when I was using websites that had this one common bankroll, I don't remember the name right now but there was one website that wasn't a casino but they were basically a bankroll and there was a lot of casinos backed by that website.

That website literally didn't responded to whatever feedback they got from the customers and even investors and now they are gone and nobody uses them anymore. Some casino owners do not realize how important feedbacks are, if people want something and you don't listen they will end up not caring about your website and move to a place that actually listens to them and slowly you will die.

Even stake which is one of the biggest if not the biggest casino doesn't care about their customers too much so there is always same amount of people there but the newer ones like mintdice keeps growing.

It is still something requested and there should be one just because to service those who want it but it won't suddenly change the user numbers, it won't be something like "oh we have 50 active users on average and with app we became 100" type of deal, it would be more like 50 to 60 at most if you ask me.
