It is still something requested and there should be one just because to service those who want it but it won't suddenly change the user numbers, it won't be something like "oh we have 50 active users on average and with app we became 100" type of deal, it would be more like 50 to 60 at most if you ask me.

I think it is just something to meet the needs of the user to the fullest. You know, each customer has a different interest, while you can't prioritize one customer over the other. So it is best to meet the requirements of all. It can be difficult, but by prioritizing one request first, other requests can be made in the future. And obviously, the web version is always preferred over the mobile application.

Mobile web is coming first, and then development from there can progress into an app relatively easily. So that's definitely possible, but that would be a while longer. The mobile web design that is coming out should be quite good though.

In fact a new programming trend in developing for mobiles is to create website so optimized for phones that everything end user has to do is create shortcut with Websites link and place it between other apps and use it as an app. It's surprising how well some websites work and look like an app without need of downloading and installing. Thus i fully understand why you focus so much on mobile web.

You got the point but it would be better to have their own app but as said it wont really be that simple and it would takes time.
You've just said about mobile version which is already available on most gambling sites nowadays and yes, its quite hassle to have that
entire full webpage scrolling and zooming in and out. Mintdice team is surely making up some progress on making this site way more better.

Mobile app is something really liked by the people and wanted and requested as we can see here but I feel like it could never be as much used as website itself. Website is always the most used one and I prefer it that way since it is easier to play on the website. People are forgetting that not everyone have those huge Samsung or big new Iphones, I have a very old phone and even tho I can download the app and play there the screen is too small and I have fat fingers Cheesy.

I believe it has been suggested since months ago, but seems that the dev is still busy to work on something else.
Mobile version is a must nowadays as many players like to play with their smartphone including me.
Well, I assume that both of you assuming to have an apps version. Most android phones as of now can access the website through chrome or what browser you have on your phone. Indeed, I think the mobile app version is not necessary and probably it will happen but not now.
Or there is something must be prior to developing than the mobile version.

I think they are confused with what an mobile app is and what a mobile web app is. Basically its difficult getting a mobile app up and running. It would need to be approved by Google and Apple and it will be difficult to get done since anything crypto related is diffult to list and same with gambling. So I wouldn't expect an actual Mintdice App found on the iOS store or Google Play.

However most gambling websites have mobile friendly versions of the website, so when the server detects that its someone trying to access the site thru a mobile browser it sends it to be a more "smaller screen" friendly page and people can easily play dice that way. It would be very difficult to play with the actual full screen where you need to zoom in and zoom out constantly. Bitcointalk forum is actually like that, there is no mobile version and it requires lots of zooming in and zooming out to browse. Its fine on an iPad but difficult if you are trying to read anything on an iPhone.

First of all affiliate marketing COULD pay from their pockets as well, it all depends on how they are doing affiliate marketing. I have done it for one place for example where I rented out banners from a website and put the banner of that casino in there with my link when clicked and I gathered a lot of people.

I didn't really worked too hard because it was simply paying one guy and sending him the banner and the link and that was it so I wasn't spending too much time there but at the same time I spent a lot of money, sure I made it back but I did spent a lot of money on there. So, affiliate marketers "could" spend money, I am not saying they will or they are but there are ones who do spend money to get your websites name out there and they are valuable assets to any casino.

In my experience, this is far from the norm. Of course I'd be delighted if anyone were to do this. As I've mentioned before, if anyone has a website/domain they want to do affiliate marketing on, you can drop me a message and I can give you a better deal on an affiliate link depending on the quality of domain you own or advertise on.

I am not a developer myself but I worked in a digital agency close to developers and I have seen them work before, they always said 90% of the job is done in 10% of the time and the rest of 10% of the job is done in 90% of the time. It is actually a lot harder than it looks to totally revamp a website from the scratch and it takes a lot of time and effort.

Actually coding the website from the start is not the part that takes time, it is the bugs that happen along the way and fixing them is the biggest hurdle. They talked about how they are doing many new things to the website before and I am pretty sure they have done most of the work itself but in order to publish it they need to make sure everything works perfectly without any trouble and that is one tricky pony I can tell you that. Giving enough time and patience they will have a great new one, we just gotta wait.

That's fairly accurate. This is also why timelines are so bad. You think you are close to done so you release a date but things in fact take world's longer than you thought.

All I can say, as I've said, is that a lot of progress is being made so eventually it'll all come to fruition.

Look at all the other big ones, I don't want to name their names but seriously there is like lets say 10 websites that are HUGE in crypto casino world, look at their topics right now, hell read the last 10 pages of all of them, you will see that they either don't have anyone that is talking with the customers or they don't have anyone at all.
When gambling sites grow up too big they also need to get enough staffs for their customer support or they will not be on that huge level for too long.I read about one of a biggest casino ever had only one staff for withdrawal process and someone won few bitcoins there had to wait for two more days since that staff is on vacation which sounds awful right.Hope mintdice will have better customer as they do now in future also.

Mintdice is stil in the early process of growing up, it is not easy to grow up with the competition among online casinos these days but I believe there will be a time when Mintdice become one of the most popular crypto casinos in the future. Mintdice devs works on its development and any other improvements, so lets just wait and support them by at least come to the site and play for a while although using the free faucet only.

This! Never mind to develop a mobile application,,, for now the site has to grow as much as possible and gain a large userbase first, and iron out all the bugs and cosmetics on the website.

I would agree now almost any website must have coding to make it suitable for tablet and phone (meaning to say as you say,,, mobile friendly website versions).

Imagine all of us putting up with bitcointalk on phone for years! But we would not do it for mintdice I think.

I feel like affiliate marketer is investing something more valuable than money, they are investing time. Time is not something you could make back, spending 20-30 hours to get more affiliates and earn money equals to your life having 20-30 less hours you didn't do something you enjoyed, if we all had millions of dollars in our bank account, not too rich to become billionaires and be super busy with stuff all the time but rich enough (like 4 million dollars in savings account, all liquid assets) to not care we would all spend our times enjoying life instead of working and do stuff we want to do instead of we have to do, so that 20-30 hours is not possible to make back.

If you invest money and lose, worst case scenario you could make it back some other way, but you can never take your time back so I feel like affiliate marketers are doing something much more important.

well , don't we all invest our most valuable asset - time into earning money and other , less important stuff  ( like actually living )
affiliate marketers at least are earning money through others , saving time eventually
like  John D. Rockefeller  once said : "I would rather earn 1% off a 100 people's efforts than 100% of my own efforts."  - can't be more true for affiliate marketers , the successful ones
because too many of them are only investing time and often money to get no profit because they didn't estimate the profit potential of an offer
or spent too much money on a low return ad etc. , it is not an easy job and more often than not you lose out
and of course , the psychology of a billionaire is not "I earn 1 billion and then call it quits and buy an island and drink and have sex on a beach till the end of my life"
once you get the taste of big money , there is no stopping , its a dangerous game ... I wish to participate in one day  Cheesy

Hi I am just wondering when would this gambling site be mobile friendly or be available to be open via mobile phones?
This could affect your site since not all of the gamblers are playing on their computer there are some who likes to play on their mobile device.
Maybe fixing this could also gain some new gamblers to the site.
So far only dice available to played using mobile phone and indeed some of people mobile gamblers including me that sometimes i was gambling use my mobile phone and by available for mobile version i think it can increase the players to playing at mindice too so i wish the owners will considering this and will added this as soon as possible

I believe it has been suggested since months ago, but seems that the dev is still busy to work on something else.
Mobile version is a must nowadays as many players like to play with their smartphone including me.
So it should be one of the priority to do list.
2019 is getting close to its end, I wonder what will Mintdice on the beginning of the new year. Will be there something like great updates on the site? Or great promotions?
So far, Mintdice is the only site that has signature campaign but lack of promotions. It is unfortunate if you ask me.

A lot of our expected development timelines went completely astray for various reasons. Suffice to say, this made creating promotions an afterthought.

I have to say this doesn't mean anything is wrong the site, our development is progressing just fine but not in the way we initially anticipated that it would.

Hopefully when we can release the 2.0 and new games, we can also do promotions and sparks will fly... Smiley

You would think a site this big and nice would not have manual withdrawals but it does! Gotta wait up to 24 hours but I’m sure it won’t take that long. I’ve only been waiting for around 3.5 hours so far. :/
For security reasons mintdice process the withdrawals manually which has the positive side also other than the waiting time. But from my experience I never waited more than 30 minutes for my withdrawal to get processed. So its not happens always sometimes there will be a delay.
Of course it shows, you guys have been one of the most active ones replying to customers and that is one of the most important ones.

There is usually one account that comes in and posts marketing related stuff and leaves without ever talking to people which is the most common version, I don't know why they think that is enough or that is any different from not having anything at all because it is not working, or they have nobody to begin with. You come here and seriously "chat" with people and that is very very very rare.

Hey, thanks a lot, I'm glad to hear the positive feedback. As I've said before, I personally take any positive or negative feedback in this forum thread rather seriously and since we're developing for the long term, I and others are actively watching this thread to stay involved with the community here.

I think other threads don't show the same level of customer responses here due to the fact that these are taken up in different medias like Telegram etc. In my experience, when having trouble with one particular casino I found that the best was to reach them for support was either via Telegram or via their support chat rooms on the websites but not often here directly as I found that my matters were dealt with in a relatively speedy manner. So I never had to post on here for example but I understand that there might be people on here who are not aware that they can contact these people in many different ways - I suppose its a good reminder

We have a Telegram chat open but it seems to get very little use in general and is flooded with spam bots and salespeople. If there were more dialogue there I'd be happy to communicate there as well. But I think it's important to stay in touch as I just said earlier and BitcoinTalk seems to simply have the best platform for the time being.

Please do if you're ready to share it. The community would always want to give feedback for any upgrade that a casino is doing.

You've said it right. They are not active as the supports/devs of mintdice. Although, I've seen some that are also conversing with their customers through their threads but you're correct about not showing the same response as mintdice do.

Delay is caused by 2 things;

Manual processing
Network congestion

When it comes to gambling business, most people will prefer instant withdrawals imho.
Manual withdrawal is one thing because it happens and we can talk about that later but network congestion is not that important. When blockchain is clogged and your money is not coming that quickly that doesn't mean it is not coming, if that is the problem 99% of the time you see it not coming but sent, so the money is no longer in mintdice control but it is also not under your control, the money is basically "on the way" so it doesn't mean anything that it takes time, as long as it is coming and on the way, it will eventually reach, at most 48 hours but still it is coming and you see it and that is very important.

Manual one is different, that is probably for more stopping the people who abuse the system and it doesn't work 100% so sometimes you catch people who play fair as well.

What we are missing out is that mintdice does their own marketing as well, which is awesome for investors but not really awesome for the affiliates who want to do the marketing themselves Cheesy. So, investors do not have a rival, they invest and that's it, it is a simple job and you have no one that is stopping you or basically your competition, the more money there is the more maximum bet will become so it is even better for people to help out.

However, when you are an affiliate marketer even the casino itself is your competition and there are other people who are your competition as well. Otherwise we would all like to be the only person with binance affiliate link and get millions of people right? We can't, why? Because people are either already users or they see it from someone who spends a lot more money than us, same in everywhere.
