Hi I am just wondering when would this gambling site be mobile friendly or be available to be open via mobile phones?
This could affect your site since not all of the gamblers are playing on their computer there are some who likes to play on their mobile device.
Maybe fixing this could also gain some new gamblers to the site.
So far only dice available to played using mobile phone and indeed some of people mobile gamblers including me that sometimes i was gambling use my mobile phone and by available for mobile version i think it can increase the players to playing at mindice too so i wish the owners will considering this and will added this as soon as possible
I believe it has been suggested since months ago, but seems that the dev is still busy to work on something else.
Mobile version is a must nowadays as many players like to play with their smartphone including me.
So it should be one of the priority to do list.
2019 is getting close to its end, I wonder what will Mintdice on the beginning of the new year. Will be there something like great updates on the site? Or great promotions?
So far, Mintdice is the only site that has signature campaign but lack of promotions. It is unfortunate if you ask me.
A lot of our expected development timelines went completely astray for various reasons. Suffice to say, this made creating promotions an afterthought.
I have to say this doesn't mean anything is wrong the site, our development is progressing just fine but not in the way we initially anticipated that it would.
Hopefully when we can release the 2.0 and new games, we can also do promotions and sparks will fly...
You would think a site this big and nice would not have manual withdrawals but it does! Gotta wait up to 24 hours but I’m sure it won’t take that long. I’ve only been waiting for around 3.5 hours so far. :/
For security reasons mintdice process the withdrawals manually which has the positive side also other than the waiting time.But from my experience I never waited more than 30 minutes for my withdrawal to get processed.So its not happens always sometimes there will be a delay.

Look at all the other big ones, I don't want to name their names but seriously there is like lets say 10 websites that are HUGE in crypto casino world, look at their topics right now, hell read the last 10 pages of all of them, you will see that they either don't have anyone that is talking with the customers or they don't have anyone at all.
There is usually one account that comes in and posts marketing related stuff and leaves without ever talking to people which is the most common version, I don't know why they think that is enough or that is any different from not having anything at all because it is not working, or they have nobody to begin with. You come here and seriously "chat" with people and that is very very very rare.

I think other threads don't show the same level of customer responses here due to the fact that these are taken up in different medias like Telegram etc. In my experience, when having trouble with one particular casino I found that the best was to reach them for support was either via Telegram or via their support chat rooms on the websites but not often here directly as I found that my matters were dealt with in a relatively speedy manner. So I never had to post on here for example but I understand that there might be people on here who are not aware that they can contact these people in many different ways - I suppose its a good reminder
We have a Telegram chat open but it seems to get very little use in general and is flooded with spam bots and salespeople. If there were more dialogue there I'd be happy to communicate there as well. But I think it's important to stay in touch as I just said earlier and BitcoinTalk seems to simply have the best platform for the time being.
